I was welcomed upon entering the office. Was given straight forward customer service. I was able to get the unit within 20 to 30 minutes.

I'm so glad I found this place.

Ken was great. He knew I was coming from our of state and held the unit.

The storage place was great to work with. Ken made the process easy and simple and is just a nice guy.

Renting a 10 x 12 storage unit was a breeze with Ken as he was nice to work with. Everything went super fast! This facility is extremely close to the I-15 freeway, hop off and hop back on the freeway. I would fully recommend this storage facility to anyone.

I have the dubious pleasure of having used 5 storage facilities before this, and this was the best. Thorough, professional, courteous, accommodating, and a human connection. Plus free use of their primo locks as long as I return them; several other great perks. That put them above all the others I researched in price, too.

Ken was very kind and explained everything thoroughly. The facility is clean and I think a very good price for the size of the unit.

It was a very simple process and the management was extremely kind. The pricing was perfect and the storage unit is very secure.

Sparefoot storage units have been great the amount for my size unit is awesome it can't beat nobody else and customer service was great cleanliness was awesome all around was got to be the most best storage unit I've ever encountered.

The representative that I spoke with went by the name of Ken...Ken was very knowledgeable about the storage facilities and was very courteous ...which is the 1st thing I look and try to understand if a sale agent or customer service representative possess any or both of these two qualities...well Ken had both...the problem with Ken was or started after I begin to unpack my belongings and place them(my belongings) in my storage unit.. Well I informed Ken before I started to unpack my belongings...that I was just arriving to the state of Utah from the state of Arizona...Ken informed or acknowledge to me that he understood...so I went on to inform Ken that I will unpack my belongings in accordance with what I use the least...at the bottom and what I use the most on top...Ken again confirmed to me that he (Ken) understood...Ken went away from me to do what ever property manager do at a storage facility...and that was that...well about twenty minutes into me unpacking my belongings Ken walks up to me and states ....you know that you can not live here right...so I then developed a perplexed look on my face...like what do you mean...well to make a long story short...I believed that Ken was very sharp and knowledge...so I guess...I was surprised that I had to repeat my self...but yes I would recommend this storage facility...

Super friendly staff and easy move in! I needed a storage unit last minute and StoragePLUS gave me a convenient, inexpensive and safe place to store my things. I would highly recommend this facility!

The manager of the unit was kind and accommodating checking me in. So far, it is clean with no issues.

I tried to rent a similar unit from another facility. No one returned my call. I showed up and the office was locked in the middle of the day, no car in the parking lot, no note on the door. I called StoragePLUS and Ken picked up the phone immediately, was very friendly and helpful, and got me moved in the next day. He even cleaned out the unit after the previous tenants left some rather large and bulky items. Thank you, Ken!

Service was efficient and friendly. They're upfront about how things are, fair is fair. Pay rent on time and follow very simple rules and they store your stuff. No hidden costs, insurance, fees, etc, and they supply locks. They say what them mean and mean what they say. Even let me reschedule the moving truck for nothing, but only because no one else was booked for it.

I'd like to thank ken for taking the time to call me and resolve my RV parking problem.

Booking a unit with Sparefoot was smooth. Ken, the manager/host, was super friendly and made things easy. My reservation and unit were ready upon my arrival. Ken helped schedule the truck StoragePlus offers to make my move-in easier.

Storage units themselves are basically the same sizes as anywhere else. The thing that separates this place is that the people are very friendly and knowledgeable and helped me out.

So far so good

I did not see any security cameras in the vicinity of my unit. Aside from that, everything is as advertised.

friendly staff! Unit is good. for a 40 year old facility thus place is nice. could use a level and re-paved driving surface. happy to store my stuff here.

This place is amazing! I was evicted and needed a place right away. I only had twenty bucks to my name they helped me out. And I got so many bonuses. They live on site . Have video surveillance. Supply the key and lock. Everything!!!! Who could ask for a better place thanks so much you guys!!!

There had been a mixup of when I was supposed to move in, but the staff handled everything so graciously and made sure I moved into my storage unit that day.

The locks that they peovide our hard to use

When you say you are going to open at nine a.m. then open at nine a.m. Have staff members that are friendly and helpful. If you are providing a truck to move in with the ensure the truck is available at each location not shared among three.

Great price, I thought shopping around for a storage unit was going to be a nightmare, you guys made it super easy and recommended the best place, love it! THANKS!
