I wasn't pressed for time. They were helping one person ahead of me, which is rightfully as it should be. The 2 gals working were very polite, professional, and friendly and explained everything to me as well. Went over the contract with me so I had no Confusion. They didn't try to rush me out either. Great experience overall!!

The girls at the desk are really great they're friendly and really know their job the girl that I worked with showed me a couple of units that and I was able to get the best one for the best price I was very surprised on how clean it was when I opened up that door unlike the place I moved my stuff out of that was a big plus for me that it's clean by the time we got there to unload the u-haul it was already getting close to the 9:00 when the facility gets closed she came by and saw that we still had several things to put into my unit she actually got down and helped us move the rest of our stuff in that was pretty cool nice of her this place really made it so convenient for me I was also able to get the U-Haul for free so that I can move my stuff in that is a five Star Plus for me here I know my personal belongings will be safe. Thank you self storage you really helped me out

didn't have any problems with the renting experience. only hang up was when I was moving stuff in and was putting my last box in my storage it was 9:04p.m. we had security drive up on us and said they called the cops and we were trespassing.i was never informed of that policy when renting. very unprofessional of the staff considering it was the first day I had rented.

GPS was a bit confusing, I thought it wanted me to get on the highway, but the turn is right before the highway. Arrived at the office, had a short information review of contract with discussion about security features and policies, hours, etc.. Saw the unit, got the keys, and moved in a few things that day. Property looks clean and safe. Their moving supplies are from uhaul, and prices are affordable, I picked up two boxes that I needed. My review is based mostly on move-in experience, but it seems that this will be a good location.

Price is right, units and facility is clean, Service is excellent. This is the only storage facility I use in UT, and have for many years when in need of a storage unit.

I recently rented storage space from storage plus, Utah in Taylorsville. This is my first time renting and the process was very easy. The manager at the desk was so friendly and very very helpful. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a very clean and well lite place and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m very comfortable about keeping my stuff with them.

Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, she had no problems answering my questions and made sure I knew how to get ahold of someone is I needed anything. The unit itself is a little bit smaller than I expected but it's reasonably priced and the provided locks seem quite secure. I'm glad I went with StoragePlus and plan to store my belongings there for as long as needed.

Getting moved into a unit was a breeze. I was helped promptly by friendly and informative staff. The location seems pretty secure. The grounds were clean as was the unit I moved into. The price is amazing also.

Great friendly staff that's willing to work with you alone

I looked around and called many different storage facilities, they were all the same. Some were a little cheaper but were in bad areas, some people could care less about me I was just another unit and monthly rent. Then I ran across Sparefoot and they put me in touch with StoragePlus. It was a completely different experience. Remy made sure the unit was the right size I needed, explained everything and showed me their different lock mechanisms that made me feel even more secure. I know they are all storage units but when you have a place that is extra clean, people who care and locks that give extra security it isn't just another storage facility. I checked out several and have used storage facilities several times and this is hands down better than any other. I would recommend StoragePlus to my family and friends any day.

I like this place, staff is friendly, very clean property, and storage has a great amount of space. They offer use of they’re moving truck for free when you move your stuff in. But getting to the unit in a big truck or vehicle is a huge hassle. They didnt tell me how much of a tight fit it would be getting the truck to my unit. My mom was helping me drive the truck and she accidentally scratched the side of the truck a little bit. She felt so bad about the little scratch that she started to cry. We went in to the office and told one of the employees what happened and she said it would be fine that it already had a lot of damage to it. She said that we’d be fine, and didn’t mention anything about being charged for it. Also, the truck didn’t have any gas in it so I was asked to fill it up and I’d be credited $20 to my account. So I filled up the truck (put my very last $20 in) I even overdrew my account to do it. I’m a college student so every little penny counts! A week later I went in to pay my bill and the owner had taken off my credit because “they’re was damage to his truck and property”. I looked at the building and the truck, like I said the truck had a little scratch.. And for the building, there was barley a scratch!!!!! He charged my card and never informed me that my credit was taken off. Once again my account was over drawn.... Now I’m stuck paying overdraft fees. I just wish they would’ve contacted me about it.

These guys were the cheapest I found. They provide a lock, no deposit, free truck, no late fees, really cool people to work with & they have pest control. These guys have out-done everyone in my opinion.

Spoke with a very helpful manager who was clearly dedicated to his work. He was helpful and pleasant. I was disappointed that the unit I reserved online was an inner unit and did not have the big garage door opening. I ended up paying an additional $20/mo for the garage unit.
