I'm very happy with the unit & It's a good price & closer r o home!

The doors and the locks definitely need to be greased and oiled up because they do not run smoothly down the tracks and it is hard to even pull DOOR up and down and get the lock slide to even work properly. Especially being a female

Tried to leave to facility and was denied access to leave after the office was closed. Was stuck in the yard until someone else let me out. So mad and frustrated

My first unit was good, I could open the door easily, but it was too small so I moved to a bigger unit, It had a damage door that the manager had to push back into the rails to open, The units are old and not well kept except for sweeping out, The roads through the units are skinny and difficult for a rental truck to get through, My new Unit is a 24 hour which is good but I can't pull up in front of the unit to empty my vehicle until after nine Pm and then can't see very well inside of the unit, For the price compared to other Storage Rentals it is good, I got a storage at extra space storage and they are very well kept up, but their price was are a bit higher,,,,

Incredibly easy and fast process from booking to filling out paperwork to moving in. We got a 5x5 storage unit which sounded small but actually has a TON of space. The facility is easy to get to and highly secure. The site manager who checked us in was very friendly and knowledgeable. A wonderful experience in every way - I would highly recommend if you live in Salt Lake County or surrounding area.

I gave this a five-star review until I found out we don't have access to the trash. I wish I asked that before I signed up. I would have found another storage company. Kendra was great so I might have signed up anyway, but this is so disappointing. I had some trash and had to load the dirty stuff in my car. Does not seem like a good policy.

I wasn't going to move in but Kendra went to work to find me a unit I could use at the price I could afford. That kind of customer service is hard to beat.

Units are good but I don't like to be pushed into buying a $20 lock.

My storage unit was broken into within a week of renting.

The exit gate is open to the public. Its a safety concern and an invitation to possible theft.

My experience with Public Storage has been great! The staff was so helpful in helping me find the best unit for my need. The price, cleanliness, ease of access, helpfulness, and availability are some of the main reasons why I my experience was so awesome. I will definitely be referring all to Public Storage. Thanks!

This place is great. I've used public storage a few times over the last decade they're friendly, reasonably priced, and their locations are pretty convenient.

Did everything online and went in and Desi took care of us quick and easy. Best experience ever!

the only problem I have is that the gate that is supposed to be to go out, is not working. I have a hard time with my legs, so its hard for me to get out of the car, walk around the gate and office area, key in the code, and walk back. It would be so much easier if the other gate would be working, so u can just pull up to it, and it would open. Other than that i really like this storage company. Very nice office person.

Wonderful! I'm a first time storage facility user. Dezi was extremely helpful. I'm not at all worried about this first time experience.

The girl helping me was very knowledgeable and helpful! Also at my request she was able to find me unit that satisfied my storage needs!

I experienced great customer service. The manager called promptly after I reserved the unit and was ready when I got there. My only concern is that one of the gates is still broken. So it is very easy to get into.
