Great service , affordable service

I am renting here for the second time, it was great last time and better this one, the nice couple who run the place are fantastic. But this time I needed less space so I took an inside locker on second floor and wasn't thrilled to do it but it was a great deal so I did and now I wouldn't do anything else. When you get there it's easy access inside and there are these giant carts you load you stuff then a 20 ft walk to a big elevator and for me a really short walk to my locker, but I think wherever you are because of the amount of elevators there all short walkway nicer no weather don't worry about what you store all climate controlled And the last thing I got a free lock and one month free thanks

The owners of this storage facility are very friendly and take pride in it I am so happy that i found a storage unit that was big enough and very reasonable to store my 1966 El camino that has been restored. Г°ЕёЛњЕ 

Mike and Holly are two of the most pleasant people I have had to the pleasure to do business with! Within a few minutes of reserving a space online I received a call from Mike. He introduced himself and gave me a quick run down of what the next steps were as well as answered any question I had. Upon arriving at the facility we went through the paperwork (with a few well placed Dad jokes) and proceeded to go look at the unit. After taking a quick look at the unit I decided I needed the next size up and within 10 minutes we had a larger unit and key in hand! Truly couldn't be happier. Not to mention the two other storage facilities in the area were charging almost $100 more for the same size unit, even less the demeanor of the people I spoke with was no where near the enthusiasm I got from Mike. A+++

Excellent customer service, in and out with no issues!

First impressions: 2nd floor unit has high ceilings which really helps maximize available space. Doorways are wide. Getting in, up, and back out is quick. The elevator works great. You have to enter your code to get out through the gates which is a nice extra measure of security.

My greeting was very friendly. The facility is very Clean. Kevin was very thorough in explaining everything & made sure I knew how everything worked. Thank you.

These units are located in a fantastic area. We opted for the second floor unit of their new building. Was a little worried about the hauling up heavy furniture, but they make it easy with dolly's and an elevator. Michael & Holly checked us in and they were quick, and incredibly friendly!! Recommend this to anyone looking for a storage unit!

Holly and Michael were so kind helpful and super funny. Michael was great showing me around and different sized units. Both Holly and Michael were very good about walking me through the paperwork process and how to get in out of the facility. I feel very safe about leaving my items there.

Great management. They were concerned about my situation. When they see my vehicle behind another customer on the exit gate camera they leave the gate open so I don't have to operate the pinpad. There is a brand new climate controlled storage building annexed to the existing storage area. The monthly fees are affordable.

The man at the front desk got me into a unit that works for me. Very nice, friendly, clean and helpful staff.

These people are some of the friendliest folks I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. My only reason for not giving 5 stars across the board is that the unit we rented is right alongside some pretty major construction of a new storage building, which I wouldn't have minded if I'd been told about it when I booked the unit. I might've requested a unit with easier access during the construction... it was simply an unpleasant surprise. Also, I wish they'd allow access later in the nighttime. Perhaps they don't have the lighting set up for it? However, all that aside, I felt very welcomed and their customer service was outstanding. I'm glad to be a customer here.

We were really glad to find this facility with it's thoughtful and friendly managers. The hours for us to access our unit are totally reasonable and the fact that all the units are drive up makes it far easier to load in and out. The owners were so helpful that they changed our unit just because they wanted to make sure while moving in the winter we didn't have trouble with snow.

The owners and manager are friendly and helpful and always happy. Renting here has been joy. Clean and secure.
