It was so easy to move in and I appreciated that I was able to buy a lock on site as well. The people in the office were very helpful and guided me through my first time getting a storage unit. I appreciated the flexibility and different options on how to pay.

I had excellent service with this storage business. They were very professional and they did good accounting. They were very helpful. I knew all of my stuff in storage was clean and safe thanks to how all was set up. Only one suggestion please. It would have been so helpful to have moving carts more available when we needed to move my stuff out of storage unit into vehicles.

This place wouldﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been decent but my unit got infested with mice and I lost most the big furniture items along with a lot more Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d been storing due to rodent damage. I did have insurance but it only covered a small amount compared to what I lost. Also, it was very dusty and just dirt everywhere when I opened my unit to move out. The unit is in a decent location and the people who work there weﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re great to work with, but they really need to have rodent traps or something. Good thing to check with any storage place youﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re considering and always get insurance!

Security was my mother's main concern when choosing a new unit, so I was glad to see some of the precautions taken with the cameras and gate system. No issues there, as long as they keep good employees, which amongst the three I met seemed great. My concern is more with the design of the facility. The unit assigned to me was an interior unit, which was what we were looking for also. The unit was at the farthest interior location possible from what I saw. There were situations where there were multiple doors to access a location, which was the case for the interior where our unit was. Had the unit been between the two doors, that would've been fine. In our case the unit was at the end of an adjacent hallway about as long as the distance between the two doors previously mentioned. It seems the route to go in this case would've been to create another door, but therein lies the issue. We were at a point that we saw no other option, after 24 hours of driving, and seeing no closer units that might work. Ultimately, just a bad design. Were it a smaller unit that was needed, it might not be a problem for some, but seeing as we were looking for a 10x10, we were moving in a lot of heavy items. I will give it the fact that the ceiling was high (12-15') was a huge plus in their favor. Second concern was very minor. If you have a lot of stuff, especially heavy stuff, bring your own dollies. The dollies they have on hand either are damaged or intended for very light weight items. The two we borrowed had at least one broken or poorly functioning wheel. It's nice that have them, but it was very much like pulling a rug with items on it. Adding it up, so far the experience is at right about 4.5/5. I can't bring myself to drop it any lower yet.

I was able to get a large unit for a great price, significantly cheaper than anywhere else in the county. There was a rolling cart to help move things in, the unit was clean and there was a lot of clear communication during the check in process.

The staff was very courteous and very efficient. I was very impressed with the overall experience. Would definitely recommend it to friends.

All around best experience with a storage unit ever!!!!!!

Pros: The unit is cheaper than many other storage locations in the area. Friendly and excellent customer service. Cons: Somewhat inconvenient location (but not too bad), and a dusty unit which I had to sweep prior to storing my stuff. I was told that I should cover anything I don't want to be dusty (and I'm glad they were transparent, that was a positive). The dustiness isn't that big a deal though, because it's what you would expect from an outdoor unit.

We had been toying with the idea of a getting a storage unit for a while but found that they were too expensive! Then we widened our search and found this place and they were inexpensive for what you get, and the process was so easy. And the person I worked with was super nice, friendly, and helpful.

We made this reservation online. We were moving to Utah and needed a place for the movers to put our things. My daughter who lives there was able to go in and do the paperwork and the unit manager was able to take my card over the phone. It was excellent service.

I had a great experience getting this 3rd unit (2030). Staff great with making reservation, and cutting off locks that my keys are missing. The unit was not swept out before I arrived; I swept it before putting items in it.

This storage facility met my expectations. It was quick and easy.

The storage facility is fine, but good luck getting them to stop charging your credit card after you move out. My daughter (a recent college student) told them she was moving her stuff out in early August. Since then we have called, emailed, and left messages numerous times, but itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s nearly impossible to get a response, and they are still charging our card. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve submitted disputes to the charges through the credit card company, but it shouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t be this complicated! We live in Texas, so we canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t just go up there and talk to someone. Pitiful customer service.

If we could leave 10 stars, we would. This is the cleanest storage unit we've ever rented from. (we've rented from about 6 over the last 20 years) The people that work there are amazing. Nathan has helped us several times. He is friendly and knows his stuff, and makes us feel like we're his most important customer (I think he makes EVERYONE feel like that:) ) The units are large and I feel safe while there because of the cameras and gate.

My first time at this facility and I can see the staff was amazing, the paperwork very simple and quick, the monthly fee a very good value and the unit itself unbelievably clean right down to every corner. Highly recommended!

So far so good based on check-in process. I made the temporary registration here online, received a phone call from Nathan within a couple hours, went in person to look at the units, and left with paperwork done simply. He was patient and helpful in showing me a couple of different sizes and brainstorming with me on which size of space I would prefer for the stuff I am storing. I am one for carefully reading contracts, and he answered all my questions willingly. He was friendly, helpful, professionally casual, honest, a pleasure to interact with ; It didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t hurt that he had a cute kid tagging along. I picked a unit with outside access, The inside and outside looked clean; no climate control but they have advice how to store your belongings for best maintenance.

Was impressed with the security and overall operations of this facility. They were very helpful and showed me the different sizes in storage units so I could get the proper one to fit my belongings.

Everyone was so helpful! I really appreciated the help via text when things didn't go as planned, as I didn't have any internet access and phone service was next to nonexistent as I was traveling. At least by text it would send when I had a blip of service! I've used several self storage facilities and this one is at the top of the list for cleanliness and professional appearance. Everything was in tip-top shape and I don't think I've ever seen such a nice storage facility! Thank you for everything!

We had only a short time to make all the arrangements before the movers were coming. Everything went well- without a hitch and it was done within the minimum time charged by the movers.

There are several ways to pay (online, in the office, or even at the gate) and there's no late fee until day 5. I haven't seen the unit yet, but the gentleman at the desk was nice and helpful. I have a general impression of cleanliness.

We've been using I-15 storage for about 2 years and haven't had any problems. It's in a nice area and the price is affordable.

I took way too long, they didn't have the unit we reserved. They had to give us 2 smaller units instead.

Snow was piled in front of the unit as well as the lock didn't work. However, the employees were quick and responsive.

It was fast and easy but the never took the lock off my unit so when we showed up to load it we couldn't get in and had to wait til the next day when it was raining. That was my only complaint.

I was done with paperwork in ten minutes, the receptionist answered all my questions, it's clean just confusing on finding your unit number, you have plenty of room to unload your belongings, I give it 5 out of 5 stars

The man there was very helpful and friendly. We had to wait for someone to come since there was a medical emergency, and then the guy there upgraded & discounted our storage unit. It was he was also very serviceable and kind.

Office staff did an excellent job showing me the unit, they knew what they were talking about, weren't pushy, and were extremely friendly. I have already told family and friends about the great prices.

I called the storage place a couple of times and both times they were very, very helpful to me and went out of their way to make sure my experience went smoothly.

It's pretty clean and pretty secure. The gate hours could be extended a little bit, and there is religious propaganda in the lobby at the front desk. All-in-all though, it's a great value for the space, and very little time was spent filling out paperwork.

I wanted to move into a less expensive unit. I was paying more than double in the Orem area. I was attracted to this place for the price, but when I got there the facility was very clean, well kept, the agent helping me was very friendly and efficient. It is really work the drive to Spanish Fork from Orem.!

Associate was helpful, friendly, and informative. The unit is in great condition, but we need to make sure we don't open to door too high, because the pull rope attached to the door is too short to reach if we do.

Everything was perfect.

I signed up online and planned on renting for just 1 month, but started mid-month. Even though the facility does monthly contracts from the 1st of each month they allowed me to go from the 15th to the 15th. The only problem I had was because of my odd month start and end date my gate code was deactivated prematurely and I wasn't able to move my stuff out the night I was in town. Even though it was pretty inconvenient, I still gave them a high score because they were very accomodating and good to work with. The unit was clean and secure and well-priced.

We are very pleased with our experience so far! We moved things in today and were given friendly, efficient service, quick check-in, and we were happily surprised by how large and clean our unit is! Definitely will recommend this to all my friends!

I found I-15 storage online and close to where I wanted to store our stuff while we're in the process of moving. I reserved the unit through Sparefoot and received a call to confirm my reservation from the folks at the storage facility within about an hour of my reservation. I reserved a day in advance and they had my paperwork ready when I came first thing the next day. The unit was very clean and met my needs. There is an access control gate, security cameras and managers on site. I would do business here again.

It's not a SUPER convenient location (since its a little ways from the metro area where I live), however, the pricing/value was difficult to beat. They were super helpful and quick when it came to responding to my questions and completing paperwork and there was only a $10 admin fee on top of the price (unlike other places where you usually wind up paying a bunch more on top of rent).
