This was a quick and easy setup and move in.

It was a quick and easy process and they had a bigger unit than we originally thought we needed so it was great.

Hard to get into because of the man door. Would have preferred to have an outside facing door.

I had a good experience, it was quick, costumer service was great, and the storage itself is very clean.

Watching the way the women treated people and their possessions as they just tossed them in the trash no thanks. I'd overheard the two women just trash talking one of the tenants. No thank you. Go back to high school or junior high. Keep your drama to your own lives stay away from here.

I moved into these units Nov and was told from this website it was 24 hrs. Wrong. I showed up with a semi trailer full of stuff. The lady were absolutely wonderful at this time. That all changed dramatically and the real personality came out. Dec 10th i had been working on organizing the contents as it was all stuff from a resale business anyways 11:00 hits and I realized it was closing time. Locked up went to leave and it says no late exit. I try again and again same thing. There's not another number than the closed office phone number. There's no instructions on emergency situations like this. I even called the local police station where they said there wasn't anything they could do. I needed medications. There's no food water restroom nothing. My husband and I were stuck until the reentry at 0500. Not until 10 am did i get a text asking if I'd gotten out. Comes to find out thst same person seen my messages and ignored them as she got caught up in her story. I told them that this is not legal there's no way it can be. You can't hold someone against their will. That's unacceptable in my book. Every facility I've ever rented a unit at will atleast let you exit. Why this place wants to hold you is beyond me. I asked them to post some kind of emergency exit plan. Nope instead I'm out of state and i get a text saying I'm to be out of my unit in 4 days. I was in shock. So i had to stop everything and rush right back to move everything in a 25 ft unit and had 4 days to do it. I went to remove my stuff and my gate code denied. They denied me saying i had to prorate rent so over 20 which is getting even more petty and vindictive. I pay and i got my stuff out of there but they were just absolutely rude. Rude rude rude. They were like drama queens that i recommend not getting a unit here. Also they disposed of another person's property just throwing all of it in the trash. Brand New clothes lots of clothes shoes etc why not donate them worst ever!!!!

I've loved my experience with Protection Self Storage in Spanish Fork so far. It's a brand new facility, so I got in with the 3 month, 50% off deal. There are cameras everywhere, which feels very safe. Before I moved in, the ladies at the front office realized that my unit was pretty far away from any of the doors, so they switched me to a closer unit for the same price!
