The process of doing it on line went smoothly and the video that was sent to me was very helpful, it just needed caption.

We actually chose Allstar Storage because of the location and reasonable pricing. The first storage unit we rented, after putting some things in it, was too small for the amount of stuff we had to store so we called and they moved us to a bigger unit the same day, no problem. The units are clean and dry and the transition was super smooth. I would gladly recommend Allstar Storage.

I so not like that you have to buy the specific lock required. Now I will own a lock barrel that I will not have use for after the time in the storage unit is complete. Other than that all else is average.

The road its self by the the units are very uneven, but the units are all outside and easy to get to no stairs to worry about. Got this at a great price and it fits everything I own.

Great service. Everyone was very helpful accommodating my late arrival time. The manager helped me decide on the exact size unit I needed which was smaller than I had originally reserved and saved me money.

I came in late at night, and I was greeted by an employee who agreed to meet me after hours to let me in and unload. Very appreciative of that!

The storage space was great. The roads are a little narrow, but I had no problem getting a big SUV with a trailer attached down and out.

Easy access and no problems in setting up an account, place is clean and safe.

The customer service was fantastic, and the units themselves are just as expected. The problem is that the roadways are extremely narrow, there is no place to turn a larger truck around, the lot is terraced in rough, bumpy rises, and the driveway is a steep slope, so anything with a low deck is in serious danger of getting wedged between the street and the drive.
