It was a good experience mostly there was a little bit of trash left from previous renter. Other then that it was good. The only thing I didn't like was it was good. The only thing I didn't like was it heated and 24 hours but it didn't mention when I got it was that i would have to pay extra $30 & $35 for each of them.

While the facility it self does what I need it to, the gate code did nothing. If the gate wasn't propped open you couldn't get in. What's the point of ha ung an automatic gate if it isn't maintained. Other than this, it was clean and reasonably price. But I also thought I got my first month free. That didn't happen.

Price increase about every 9-10 months .The entry gate don`t work all the time it either opens and stays open or works normal . I had a unit there once and got out of it about 6 months .Then they tried to get me to pay for months after I was out of there . I would not recommend this place to any one I know .If your smart don`t use this place of Prime Storage

Every time I come by to the Facility It is always clean and other tenants respect your space and clean up after themselves. I just wish a couple staff members were friendlier. Once I was in my unit and a member was next to mine cleaning and didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t even acknowledge or Said Hi to me and I felt ackward and pressured to get outta there lol. But I love renting here and would deff recommend to others!!

Everything was great with the exception of the office person. I told her that I would be there to sign up at 10:30am. I had all of my errands planned out by where they were located and time frame. I get there at 10:32am and there is a note on the doors saying she will be back in 15 minutes. Why didn't she tell me that on the phone? I had to go on with my day and come back later..wasting gas and time. When I mentioned it to her when I came back she states she had to walk around the lot. Again why did she not tell me that before. Very unprofessional******
