The staff is extremely friendly and easy to talk to. Have us a great inspection of the facility, and it is clean and easy to access.

Public storage is the worse place to rent with. Cant access your units and the “property managers” are incredibly unhelpful. I tried to move units and could not even move my stuff out. I tried to get a unit at a different public storage location, rent was supposed to be $1 for the first month. They charged me over $200. I went in to revoke the unit since I was dealing with other stuff at the Kearns location and the West Valley property manager told me to do a charge back. I did and they sent me to collections. Now I am fighting with them to remove the collections for services not rendered. Moral of the story, they just want to take your money and don’t even provide the service you needed them for. Just save your money and store with someone else.

Fits what I needed and more for a one bedroom apartment's things. I recieved everything via email or text and it was quick and fast.

Very nice facility great location the only thing I would request is that it would be open during the hours that I am not working and I had a hard time getting into my unit and have to wait until the office opened other than that great

I loved the fact they asked us what we where going to be storing. My husband has a truck bed trailer we needed to put in the storage. They made sure we were able to get a unit that would accommodate our needs.

Alana did a fabulous job of helping us move in. Unfortunately, the grounds weren't properly shoveled, and there were some issues because of unkempt snow banks.

Friendly staff working in a clean and safe storage unit facility. Easy access from the main street.

It's been good but I do see several items left sitting around the property since we started moving in our items.

The manager was friendly and went quickly thru the process.

Very good costumer service... i like the front lady in kearns utah branch. So far i like the location too.. the price is really affordable. I will recommend it my friends. hope i won't have any problems ti rise... ?

Quick and awesome service. Very easy to get into the units.

The storage unit still had some stuff in it from the previous owner and its inconvenient that ther are no lights to assist in the actual unit.

Shelby was fantastic and more than accommodating when getting me my unit. I felt super comfortable and appreciated her time and knowledge! Awesome service !

I can honestly say greatest experience dealing with ANY company especially a storage facility. The people there where so fun, pleasant and super helpful in getting me set up with a unit. TJ was a riot and though he was new he did an awesome job. People these days are so full of anger and pretty nasty but not ANY of the people at the Kearns PS location. They were amazing. I can't say enough good things about them. KEEP IT UP :)
