Unit was clean and ready to go. New lock was in the unit. Nancy was great. Great price. Two e as big as my previous unit, for waaay less money. Very happy with my move to this storage facility.

The female customer service representative was extremely friendly and helpful. She was efficient and processed everything very quickly. The storage unit was just what I needed. Easy access to property and great hours. Had a nice experience and highly recommend them.

The first month discount is great and the office staff are great. The unit itself was a bit dirty as was the hallway where it is located, but a bit of sweeping changed that prior to move-in.

With the stress of relocating our whole family to a new state I was grateful to Linda the manager on site to be so kind and helpful with our needs. Not only did she help me get into a larger unit that day she also shared some local recommendations since we are new to the area. We chose Public Storage, this particular location for it's exceptional security and also it's high ratings for customer satisfaction. We have been pleased with both.

Pleased with everything except the time on gate access. Because people work, not being able to enter after 6pm creates an inconvenience.

Service and everything is good but I don't like the fact that is close at 9pm. It would be better if you could access your storage unit around 24/7.

I went to public storage i west valley cause I am an asst scout leader and i need some storage for all my scouting and camping stuff. Connie was very understanding and was very helpful and got me a unit really close to the front which is very appreciative cause I was worried I would end up in a hallway and some of my stuff would be a hassle to get in and out. I would recommend this location to other people because of the great service I received. THANKS AGAIN CONNIE!

I really like the security of the storage units, knowing that all my things are safe makes it easier to sleep at night!!! The manager Connie, provided me with exceptional customer service, by that I mean she handled everything in a great manner, we had a pretty bossy customer in there trying to but in the middle of Connie's scheduled appointments (mine and another's), he was being very pushy about getting his way she did a great job at explaining her priorities to her customers & assured the customer he'd be taken care of once her appointments were taken care of, he wasn't happy but like I said she made it right by doing what's right, FIRST!!! I would recommend your storage units to friends and family in the future for sure!!!
