I really enjoyed how easy it was to book the unit online, and the workers are super nice and knowledgeable!

Being able to rent the unit online is seriously the best and it was easy to do! I just wish access hours were longer as currently access is only allowed til 6pm.

The gate doesnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t open easily. The app they use is total crap and buggy. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve had to have the on site employee open the gate for me every time so far. Also, they changed their open hours to 6pm with just a taped on paper sign which was not in the contract I signed. I need access to at least 10pm. I would rather move my stuff to another location if possible.

I have make my schedule online when I got to the storage the employee help me also I find the place is cleaning and safe 🤗

Needed a place fast and this was perfect.The online process was efficent and took very little time. I have filled a 30 x 10 unit and still have not needed to step into the office of the facility.

The lady at the office was and understanding that I was feeling sick and could not speak very clearly she took her time to explain thing to us and didn't care that I ask questions over and over again. She explain everything clearly. She was GREAT

The staff at the Public Storage location I selected are very professional, attentive, and friendly. They were able to accommodate my needs and provided very help tips and information to ensure my transition went smoothly. The storage unit I rented was immaculate, properly sized, easily accessible, showed no signs of distress from the elements.there is ample lighting and an abundance of security cameras which provides me with a welcome relief. I can confidently recommend this Public Storage location to those needing additional affordable no hassle storage space.

After being left with limited options to store my items until I can move into a place in September, my boyfriend found this place last minute and I'm so glad he did. While the hidden fees the company stacks on after advertising "$1 for the first month" are a tad ridiculous, I cannot complain about the incredible customer service I received the moment I walked in the door. Barbara and Kevin are like a couple of old friends you meet up with after years of being apart and nothing has changed. Professional, kind, and sincere, they offered the best customer service I've experienced in years and some of the best conversation I've had since moving to Utah almost 2 years ago. Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if I find myself dropping by to just hang out with them sometime. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing a storage option in this area. If for no other reason than than the kind humans working there.

I rented a storage unit today and I just wanted to say that it was a great experience here! I saved a lot of money over other storage facilities and the process was painless. Barbara the manager really helped to streamline the process. If you're going to get a unit here I would ask for her 100 percent.

Quick move in and friendly manager, Barbara. I was not made aware during the reservation process that there was insurance required and a $20 lock I had to buy. These items might have been the difference in going somewhere else.

Great service as usual. However, there was one small blunder with paperwork that resulted in me being enrolled in insurance even though I informed them I already have renters insurance which includes coverage of any storage units I have. I'm hoping they will fix it soon.

I needed a storage place and reserved the wrong size. They were very helpful in getting me the right size storage. I would recommended them. They are friendly, helpful staff.

Seemed at first to be hard to get to our storage. (Asphalt extremely uneven and icy.) Gave us a two locks? storage so we had to pay for two locks.? Did make it easy to get into, but we didn't have that much in there.

I had such great service when I stored belongings at the Public Storage on Redwood Road near 30th S. that when I needed to store things again before a pending move, I returned to them even though they weren't the closest sight. The service, the cleanliness and security were that good. Even though it had been over a year since I had rented space there, the manager remembered me and was as courteous as before. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a place to store items for a month, a year or even longer.
