This facility was slightly more expensive than others in the area, but it is on my way to work. It is highly secured and clean inside. Temperature was well-regulated. Check-in agent was friendly, thorough, and informative.

They made it very easy to get a unit and although it is a pain to keep entering your security code it does make you feel safe and knowing your property is secure. Very clean and organized.

The staff was very accommodating to help me find a unit that fit my needs. They had a truck I could use to help move in and afterward (as it was a very hot day), they gave me a bottle of water. Overall, the service was excellent. The unit was clean and the price was right. I would definitely recommend this location to others.

My experience with this storage place is wonderful. The employees have a pleasant attitude and really work with you. I love the customer service. I had to rent a truck from them and it went so well and fast. CubSmart is a great storage place.

Tony was fantastic. He was extremely helpful and informative when I asked numerous questions.

I came 10 min early and the lady who helped did not turn me away. She was very professional and friendly. Very helpful. I forgot her name but she did say she lived there. I was very impressed.

Jennifer was extremely helpful to my wife and I with trying to locate a storage suitable for our needs. Not only was she helpful, but she was kind, courteous, and assisted us with any other questions in which we had.

I'm active duty, and have dealt with many moves during my 19yrs. This has been the best, easiest and most efficient storage facility I have ever stored my gear in!! The staff was superb and it was a pleasure working with them!!

After seeing the problems and condition of other storage facilities, I would have to say this was a pleasant experience. Customer service was above and beyond.

I spent about 30 minutes filling out paperwork and was then shown to my unit. The two women who helped me were AMAZING - very professional and incredibly helpful. They made me feel comfortable and I am confident after speaking with them that the security is top notch. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the faility. My friend who helped me move my stuff into my unit was also incredibly impressed at the upkeep of the place.

Overall I had a good experience. One thing; I asked the attendent for information on the insurance company. He stated that there is none, if something happens pictures are taken, sent to Bader and they contact me for further coordination. Later, I find out that they actually mail me a contract with ID and contact number. The attendent might want to know this info for future customers.
