The gentleman helping me checkout was very nice and adapted well to the covid situation (mostly all electronic signing of lease). He also kindly was able to give me a unit next to my roommates so we could more easily unload our truck together. Downside was our moving truck could not fit in the garage to unload (8ft max), so we had to use carts from the garage entrance to the unit.

I am pleased with my new storage unit. It has easy access, well lit, and in my opinion, a safe area. The staff was over and beyond helpful, and answered all questions and concerns with respect and kindness. I would definitely recommend Mini U Storage with all my friends and family.

Tyrance was very helpful to my mother and I, with getting this unit. Im currently in the hospital, but I also have to be moved out of where im currently living by the end of the month. And I was very worried about getting a storage room. that would be ADA accessible as well was being able to pay while Im in hospital! Amazing customer service!

The representative Terrance was Professional from beginning to end & made the whole experience untroublesome.

The storage unit was clean and at a mug better price than other places I had looked at. The manager was very kind and helpful.

Easy move in process, Terrence was extremely pleasant and helpful. The units are nothing fancy but completely adequate for my needs and the price was right. I really appreciated the use of the moving van, it was just what I needed. Overall if you need an uncomplicated storage space I would definitely recommend.

Good facility. I was able to rent a drive up unit at a great price. I have my own code to open the gate and get in with my car. Facility is clean, well lit and convenient. Rob, the manager on site that day was excellent!

Great friendly customer service in setting up my convenient pull-up Unit. Very attentive staff and supplies are available for purchase right in the office. The large free moving truck offered for move ins came in so handy. Could not imagine a more seamless move! Thank you!

I just moved my stuff, the reservation was little treaky because I reserved online a 5x15 unit and my email confirmation was for a 5x10 unit.

The service representative, I believe his name was Ron or Rob, was quite pleasant, intelligent, helpful and patient. The unit meets my needs and I love that all units are drive up access.

Nice guy works the counter. Slightly older place. Hours of access are 6am - 9pm. If hours were extended to 10 or 11 that would be better. The rental process was explained well and it was pretty easy. They are very transparent with costs and terms. No hidden issues, just pay on time.

Was able to use their van for moving in. Unit is sufficient but gate to garage is not working.

The move in process was a breeze. The associate at Mini Storage was very helpful and provided all of the information I needed.

Gentleman that got me set up ( the property manager Terrance) was very friendly and quick. He was there alone on a Saturday with multiple customers and did an excellent job multi-taking. I got the same size unit for half of the price I was paying else where.

It was a warm welcoming facility. It is a welcoming facility. The people are nice. The front desk Manager was polite, helpful, and clean. The facility is very neat and clean. What I like most about it , my name was remembered and how I was accommodated.

We are extremely pleased with the service and facility in every aspect. Rob, asst mgr.,went above and beyond to provide the very best service. He was very accommodating and all around super guy. I'd highly recommend this facility to anyone.

I had a very good experience with Mini-U-Storage... the gentleman who helped me was kind and friendly and quick! The process was fast and painless. I did come back the next day to use the free truck rental that came with the move-in, and unfortunately, the person that they had just hired the previous day, did not show up. However, the gentleman that was so helpful the previous day, contacted another site and helped me get a truck anyway. I'm glad for his professional help, though his replacement was no where to be found. (I hope he doesn't continue to stand them up.) Thanks Mini-U!

I found the place online, scheduled a meeting, came in and received excellent customer service for the entire time I was there. I was showed multiple storage units that where may have been able l fit my needs. After choosing one, we went to the front office signed the leases and as I was leaving we were offered an opportunity to go to a local sports games, nfl, nba, and baseball. The agent was beyond accommodating and made our experience great.
