I hate having to pay for storage but this was a necessity. Got a good deal on the price and hope it stays that way! The place seems brand new, excellent service from Henry and Shirley. Free use of the Mercedes Benz moving van. Shirley set up my free shelving unit and Henry got it in place before I moved in. Plenty of dollies, carts, etc. and the elevators are quick. So glad I found this place.

I have been with this facility for years, went through the pandemic. After the renovation, the place is much nicer and cleaner, the temperature is comfortable. but the most impressive thing is the service! The manager Henry works hard and remembers his clients and their issues, always tries to do his best and also keeps the place clean and neat. The recent addition Jessica is extremely nice and customer service oriented, she is polite, personable and professional, very efficient, definitely a great asset for the company! We welcome you and appreciate your good service!

After spending hours shopping around at several other storage facilities that looked sketchy or had inattentive staff, I decided to go with Mini U because their staff was receptive and the layout of their facility was convenient.
