Spoke with the gentleman and reserve my unit he was very friendly and accommodating and went out of his way to make sure that I was taken care of would definitely recommend

The female employee who checked me in at 10am on Wednesday, 8 December did an excellent job.

The gentleman who helped me move in on Sunday the 21st was very nice and helpful. He said he was new at the job.

I've had my stuff there for 2 days so far. No issues. No frills. The manager who rented me a unit was courteous and friendly. I like that I get to create my own access code for the gate. No more remembering random digits like other places.

The agent went over and beyond to make sure I was accommodated. She was professional and courteous

I spend more than six hours trying to communicate with the headquarters, customer service or anyone besides the branch. No way to do it! One day after I signed with you and made a payment, I learned the company will increase the monthly price in a couple of months. So the 50% deal I got, will disappear. I had a budget reserved for storage. Now I will find myself getting a truck, hiring people and moving my stuff out of your place, because I won't have the money to pay for the storage I just got! It doesn't make any sense.

Friendly staff and great location. Storages need some work inside but they are great. Only complaint is about the main entrance pole where you have to put your code to get in or get out ... why do you have to step out your car to put the code? Sometimes is raining and it's so annoying stepping outside your car just to put your code.

Excellent service, professionalism by staff, storage space was adequate, l would recommend this company to friends and family.

Amanda was great! Extremely helpful on a blazing hot day. Spent plenty of time (outside even!) giving me all the nitty gritty details.

From the reservation to getting my unit code, it was all done in 30 minutes, thanks to Danielle, very knowledgeable and customer friendly.

I made a reservation online, within minutes omg I forgot her name she is very pleasant woman really nice, called . I was actually heading to another storage place in Alexandria with zip code 22306 on the way there I realized it was too far .. I stopped and went back online to make a different selection on storages. I got this one . I am okay for now I haven't seen anything wrong yet

I truly enjoyed my experience with Public Storage! I only rented my unit for a few short weeks while in transition between apartments and it fit my needs perfectly.
