No cart or hand truck available to help move in.

Besides having trouble getting inside with the code everything was good.

Besides nobody being there upon arrival to assist thank god for a customer being there to let me in because the code that was given to me didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t open up the gate.

The efficiency and security of Public Storage is terrific! Made it easy to deliver some 25 boxes of records, photos, books, etc. with minimum physical effort to get from the van to the storage unit.

It was cheaper and their gate app works well.

Jonte is the best ,she is very nice and patient, helping me out for what I actually needed. Great communication, Reasonable price ,location is convenient.

The facility was clean and easily accessible. The on site agent was friendly courteous and helpful.

The online set up was easy. Customer service was very helpful & assisted me with getting everything that we needed. I had to find a place to rent a dolly because there wasn't anyone in the office during office hours which was an inconvenience.

Aside from the fact that my Public Storage app will not open the gates wirelessly (I have to get out of my car each time to type the security code), I am happy with the facility.

It's the right place for the price.

The facility is very clean. There are good safety measures. The provided carts are extremely helpful. The only reason I didn't give it a full five stars is that the upper floors are pretty warm, so I'm glad we were moving in during April and not the heat of the summer.

Friendly and responsive staff. Hallways are clean and I feel safe visiting my unit.

Number one: the property manager promises 10 STAR SERVICE and delivered. She explained all the policies and made sure that I understood every aspect of the agreement. She prides herself on a clean facility and provided an unit that was at a price that is affordable and efficient. I would suggest this location to anyone. :-)

To date, I have had no issues and it was easy to sign up!

Mr. Gupta was very quick to assist us with replacing the light bulb in our unit despite the fact we had made the hallway into our personal maze as we reorganized our two units! He navigated our maze with humor and nimbleness! Great service as always. Highly recommend this location.

Staff is great...but maintenance of the facility is just a little less than I expect. Primary thing is the elevator near my unit has been out of service for the last 3 weeks.

Front gate broken for more than 5 days. A front door (1 of 2 folding type) stayed open.

Had a good experience, although the buildings are new and there were issues with the lock. Also the $1 monthly special quickly became $50, so buyer beware. The service was good and the facilities were clean, but next time, I'll ask more questions on pricing.

The staff Janette and Wali were very professional and personable.

Good place friendly people and clean. Good for the price you pay.
