Everything went well. Instructions for the move in was clear and concise.

They make you use their locks. I bought a lock for my unit, but I had to use theirs which had keys. I got there with my uhaul to drop off stuff and forgot the keys in my starting location, two hours away. Buying cutters wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t fix it, they would have to call the locksmith. If I could have used the lock I bought I wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t need a key. I wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t able to unload my stuff until I went to get the key. On the unit I got, the ceilings are low and it smells like feet, although it was on sale. I should have just paid more for a first floor unit outside.

My experience from start to finish was excellent. Keith patiently answered all of my questions and concerns prior to the reservation and once we arrived to finalize the rental agreement. I would recommend public storage to my family and friends.

After calling around and reaching one rude person, one who only charged from the 1st to the last day of the month with no pro-rating or no flexibility for the 30-days from start to end, I was thrilled to find Public Storage. From my very first call to collect information, to the manager at the Fordson Road location and the very kind young man who facilitated my paperwork, etc. I am so relived that my move is progressing with such ease. THANK YOU!!!

The property manager Keith was very friendly and knowledgeable. Great customer services is hard to come by in this day. So, I was super impressed. The property was also very clean. Excellent customer service and affordable units I would definitely recommend.

I appreciate the quality service that I received. The associates were pleasant with my requests, Kayla helped and was very pleasant when she greeted me.

I come here all the time to purchase my supplies and the manager Kayla is always great with a smile and is willing to help!

WOW. Very Impressed with Jackie and her professionalism with zen-like patience. I forgot my appointment but she was willing to help me the same day instead of rescheduling. She even ran out the door as I was driving away without my license. PS has an expensive pearl of an employee who is willing to go the extra mile for the clients. Thanks, again.

I had to get a storage space at Public Storage recently and I was helped by Tracey. I thoroughly enjoyed having her to assist me with my needs. She explained everything to a "T". I also took note of her "bubbly" personality, which is surely contagious!??. When considering doing business it's "WHO" is helping you that makes the difference, and Tracey was that person for me. My first time renting a storage unit, although several friends and family members have used Public Storage, and didn't know what to expect. But reserving a unit on line was easy....and was called by the Office Manager at the Public Storage facility to schedule an appointment. Also, got email reminders about the appointment and what I needed to have with me. I'd highly recommend this facility if you need storage of household items prior to moving.

the only problem that I found with this location is the gate I wish you only had too punch in a code too get in but this is not so I must get out of my truck twice once too punch a code too enter and then again too leve the property

The facility was secure, clean and easily accessed. The staff was friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
