I do wish that after the promotion period the monthly rent was cheaper but despite the cost I am glad that I reserved the unit. It clean, spacious and easily accessible.

I was hesitant to get a storage space until I visited Selfstorage! I had reserved my space online, but wanted to visit the place to make a decision. Once I arrived, I new that I had selected the best place! Totally recommend it!

Reservation and online process is easy. Very secure facility needing a code to enter the building and even enter to your storage unit floor.

Really appreciated that we could do everything online and contactless. The process was easy and meant we could do it on our schedule. Clean unit.

The elevators actually do strut down at 9pm on the dot. So make sure your storage unit is closed and locked prior to that.

Move in was quick and easy. Just make sure you bring something of your own to use to move things with.

The staff were helpful when I moved in and very friendly. I was able to reserve and move my stuff in in about 48 hours. The space was clean and easy to access.

Due to divorce, I had to sell my home. My children and I moved into a significantly smaller home and needed to store items. This facility is so clean, the building is secure and parking is easy. Everyone was so helpful. Special shout out to Anthony, who checked us in and explained everything. I know my items will be safe. Thank you!

Overall ... the facility is top notch and Milka provided exceptional customer service when checking in and completing the paperwork. She should be recognized for her friendly spirit and much appreciated assistance in the check in process. Only recommendation is to lengthen the time for elevator door closing ... much too short and customer needs to hurry before door closes automatically. Plus the process of opening outside door can be troublesome if not fast enough to react. Overall... Milka made our move in experience very pleasant and we appreciate her friendly positive attitude and helpfulness. Jason

It was just what I expected!! Enough room for all of the things I needed to store.

I wish the prorated fees and start date would have been clearly discussed. The contract setup was rushed as it was the end of the day and I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t realize my unit rental started that day - I assumed it started the first of the month and now Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll be charged a prorated rate for days I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t need. The unit and overall location is excellent. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s clean, feels safe and secure.

Unit is very clean. My only complaint is the marketing. As marketed, you think you have reserved a unit on the first floor. Reality is you get only b what is available when you arrived which is not indicated in the reservation.

The storage looks pretty good. But when I register online my unit had blue lock on it, btw staffs were really helpful and solved my problem right away! It could be great experience if they improve interconnection of onsite and online experience. Thanks!

This was a lot cheaper than the other unit we had. The risk is that you're not locked into that rate. But in our case, it didn't really matter because we have it for just a couple of months.

The storage facility is monitored, clean, and easy to access. The process was quick, the staff is helpful

Efficient, and quick for reserving a unit. Make sure to move in during the storage unit hours 0600-2100 (6 am - 9 pm). The elevators and doors are locked out / shut during non operational hours. Dolly are provided for ease of moving personal belongings. Customer service is very helpful and informative, the unit was inspected, cleaned, and had a lock waiting for me upon my arrival. The website was okay and blotchy at times but got the job done. The storage unit provides insurance for the first month but it is vague as to how to turn it off if you have your own insurance policy. Overall, very good.

Weeks prior to my move, I conveniently signed up for this storage unit online. I followed up a few days before to finalize the details and check out the unit. The move in was too easy!

This is the newest, cleanest storage facility Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve ever seen. The door and elevator have key code entry and use, so it feels very safe, as well.

Would use public storage again if needed

I was able to move in easily and even change the type of unit I had reserved on the day. Easy and straightforward experience!
