My experience with Public Storage has been excellent so far. The staff have been very helpful with getting everything set up and making sure that the delivery of my stuff went smoothly. I'll only be storing things there for 6-7 months, and I'm not yet able to comment on what the condition of of my things will be at the end of the rental, or how the off-loading will go. But I'm very happy so far!

I used this facility a couple of times and there's always been a consistency of good customer service, cleanliness and security. Very happy to recommend it. Jack was also great on his assitance everytime I stopped by the office with questions.

I have been dealing with Public Storage for years and it is a good storage facility where I have my personal belongings. I disagreed with the policy if you have the same address as someone else you cannot get the $1 1st month rent. Yes my daughter lives me, she has her personal belongings and I have mine. So I do not think it's right that she could not get the $1 offer.

I've used this service before for over a year and I was always treated right and with flexibility plus the first month $1 fee is great. I later used the U-haul storage and I'm real sorry I did. After paying so much money for so long because I was late on my payment the manager went ahead and sold my stuff. I'm now back here and am happy to say that I'm paying less and the manager has been very understanding and competent.
