Easy registration, immediate access, clean unit, great price, and a perfect location, plus super-helpful on-site staffer. Great experience overall.

The space, atmosphere and loading area are very well laid out and clean.

Well located and clean throughout, manager even stayed a bit past closing (while it was snowing outside) to help get me moved in.

I was running late and having a terrible day, and the staff stayed after store hours to help me get set up.

The management team made it easy to move in. They were flexible accommodating and gave us tips for storage. It was a great experience.

Renting and signing the contract was a breeze. The people at the front desk were really helpful. Only complaint we have is that the access time is from 6am to 10pm. It would much better and more convenient if it was until 12am. Moving out was stressful because we were under a time constraint and could only start moving at 7pm and we were afraid we weren't going to make it before the place closed.

Overall great experience. Most competitive prices for the area. Very clean and grest lightening and security. Excellent custoner service. Only negative is that they only open from 6an-10pm, but not sure if that is the standard for the area.

Very impressive facility! The staff was very friendly, but dos have some technical issues when it came time to sign the lease, which slowed down the process, but overall very pleased. The building seems very secure. Nice and cool inside facility. The unit was very clean and easy to use as trolleys were provided.

Angel, the man who was working when we moved in, was very nice and helpful. The space was also perfect for our needs. However, the hidden mandatory insurance savors of unfairness - that price should be very visible when the customer is choosing the use the service or not. I had not seen hide nor hair of that figure until I was physically at the desk signing the contracts.

The customer service was extremely helpful, courteous, and attentive. The access and unloading area is what I consider very "spacious", meaning, a great staging area for off-loading and loading. The unit I rented, which, like the facility itself, brand new, so it couldn't have been better.

Perhaps the easiest move I have made in my life. Thanks CubeSmart.
