Stopped by looking for storage. Keisha the manager was fantastic. She showed me a 5x5 unit. I was extremely impressed with Keisha however the building was too hot for me. She took the time to look at other properties and found me a unit at General Washington. I would of loved to rent with her due to her custom service. PS is very lucky to have someone like her. Very impressed with her.

Keisha Johnson, who is the property manager at this Public Storage location. She is AWESOME!! She is helpful and friendly and cares about each person who stores at her location. She takes care to remember all of her customers' names. When an issue arose in my unit, Keisha showed genuine concern and helped me at every step of the process to address the issue. She went above and beyond her duties, with excellent customer service.
