This was the first time we rented a storage unit, and the staff was very helpful and friendly both over the phone before renting our unit, and upon arrival in person. Convenient location too!

Super smooth process of reserving the unit, signing the least, accessing the storage and checking in. Would definitely recommend!

No clear directions on where units are. But good price

Public Storage provided 5*5 climate controlled space fro a very reasonable price, and the staff was very helpful. The gate stays conveniently open to 9 pm! Good location too.

Jennifer was very helpful and knowledgeable. She made sure I was good to go.

No Freight Elevator for the mezzanine level; no A/C for storage units; online check-in DID NOT WORK, so I had to go in-person to check-in.

The facility is clean and the pricing is simple and straightforward. My only feedback is that the maps are confusing and not intuitive -- it took me a while before I could find my unit. Also, from a branding perspective, I'm not sure who is billing me... is it Sparefoot or Public Storage?

The reservation experience was great! The only negative was the cleanliness of the staging area. We have not been back since we first unloaded, but we are hoping it has been cleaned when we go back.

Great customer service. Arrived close to closing time and they still worked to get me my unit that day. Maegan and Racquel were super friendly and showed me to my unit. They also got all the paperwork done quickly. Very easy experience and highly recommend this location. Just be award that **CONTRARY TO PUBLIC STORAGE WEBSITE** there's ***NO*** climate controlled units at this location.

Hubby and I needed storage for about 8 months choose this location because of its great reviews. I can honestly say I was pleased with the service we received! From the start 5 star customer service is what was promised and we received just that! Staff was there to answer all questions and offer assistance when ever needed. We no longer need storage but if ever we do again this location will definitely be our first pick! Thanks again Kay and Racquel

If you're moving soon I would definitely recommend this location for help with moving supplies. Kay was a great help and she showed me outstanding customer service. She recommended tha best options and made sure I had everything I needed before leaving!

The customer service is really helpful and friendly... Kay who was so sweet showed and explained the exact process for me access my storage area and being that I have issues with following directions she really took the time to explain everything as many times until I got it right... this is the location I recommend for best professional service...

The online reservation process was easy and the check-in with Shaq at the facility was as well.

Simple safe convenient and reliable

This is my second rental with Public Storage. After you make a reservation on line, its so fast and easy after that. Pick your storage unit, then sign up and you're done. Sheritha at my PS location made it quick and easy. And the location is close to home. Good service.

I had an excellent experience setting up a storage unit at this location. Megg was friendly and professional; she did a great job of presenting all of the available options without being pushy, and was very helpful throughout the process of getting things set up. The price was reasonable, and the space was clean and in good repair. Overall very happy thus far.

Although my intial reservation could not be located, the issue was resolved quickly, and the check-in process was thorough and the staff was informative.
