Overall experience was easy and facility is very clean. Staff I met was extremely pleasant and helpful.

Not sure if you need a key for the bathrooms, but all 4 of the bathrooms were locked.

Overall great move-in experience. Quick, and easy!

Neadia has provided us excellent customer service today. Without seeing the facility, Neadia was so helpful in answering all of our questions about the online reservation for a 10x10 unit. I was so impressed with her knowledge of the facility and how she manages the day-to-day operations as the Property Manager. This is why I give her 5 STARS! Amazing assistance today.

This place is clean, easy to navigate, and felt very safe. Online check-in was super easy, and appreciated it during these COVID times. Would recommend.

I ended up running late for 2 of my scheduled appointment times in one day and Mohammed was very understanding and helpful. I walked in 1 minute before closing time and he still took the time to walk me through everything and explain everything to a T. I really appreciated that because I feel like if I tried to do that w/ anyone else they would've rushed through and missed some key information that I should know.

I was treated with respect .....while everything was explained and even toured two facilities.... To find the right sized storage unit.

I have had to store items over the years due to various deployments and this is the best of the facilities I have used. Fine, professional staff running a good operation.

I recently needed to reserve an additional storage unit while having renovations done to my home. The process was a very fast process and the staff was very polite.

Over the past few years I have had to rent three separate units from Public Storage. Each encounter has been efficient, friendly, and courteous. Once when I was in my unit, and needed to use office supplies I did not have with me, the manager lent me borrow what I needed to complete my job. That is great customer service!

So many little fees and insurance made the reservation experience unpleasant. With that said, the facility is nice, accessible, and clean. I'm in and out of the unit every other week or so and have no problem. Also, I haven't seen an sketchy characters around like you find in some storage areas.
