Public Storage - Falls Church - 400 North Roosevelt Blvd

Easy to find. Units are a little tricky to find so would love some more directional signs but overall its great.

Due to medical issues I reserved a unit at this facility without seeing it in person first and I bitterly regret it. I had previously had an excellent experience with a brand new Public Storage facility in Fairfax, but this was a completely different experience. This location is old, rusty, dirty, dark, the customer service was terrible, I was made to wait multiple times when I came to fill out paperwork and could not understand the man at the desk because his accent was so thick. I was made to purchase a special lock for this location and couldn't use the lock I already had, and was not told until I was on my way over that I was not eligible for the introductory promotion. I'm saving a couple hundred dollars a month, yes, but I'm constantly worrying about my business inventory being damaged by leaks or mold. By the time I got there I had no choice but to move in, but I will be moving out again just as soon as I can. This place is disgusting and I strongly encourage potential renters to look elsewhere!

Super easy move-in. Just show up and go to your unit and everything is there for you to move into your unit.

The property manager had step in and helped me with my concerns and made me feel great about having the unit there.

I moved into my storage unit recently. The customer service and move in was a smooth process. They were prompt and answered my questions attentively. The unit itself was fairly clean and well lit. It was easy to access from the loading dock and there was plenty of carts around that made the move quick.

The person that helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable. I feel like my belongings are in great hands.

We made our reservation from outside the Virginia area and the process could not have been easier. The staff immediately contacted us to finalize our reservation and when we arrived at the site to complete the paperwork, we were served promptly and efficiently.

Staff member Melvin was extremely helpful and stayed late to ensure that all of my paperwork was complete and all my questions were answered. I was able to also upgrade to a larger unit on the spot after reviewing the first unit I requested. Good location and great facility with very reasonable pricing. I highly recommend for storage needs.

Very friendly personal, in a clean and secure facility. Only suggestion is that information which I had entered online not have to be reentered from scratch at the office

I have never used a storage facility before but this first experience has been great. I have had everything explained adequately to me (that i am aware of). The employees have been very helpful and it has been very easy to move around and move my storage by myself. I feel safe at this facility as it is gated and has lots of motion detecting lights so I know when someone is coming.

No issues with procuring unit and getting paperwork cleared. Unit was clean and facility looks to be in good condition. On-site staff was very helpful and answered my questions thoroughly.

All personal was very helpful and caring they offer the best storage at the best rate. We are very happy . This is the second time we rent the storage and we keep been very satisfied.

Clean and easily accessible. Feels safe and staff is helpful and friendly. My only suggestion is to make sure that the door tracks are properly lubed when a new tenant signs on.

I came in to buy packing supplies and they showed me all of their merchandise. The staff was very helpful. I would recommend this public storage!

Neat and clean with good access like the others said, but they send you the bill way in advance of when it's due (as a reminder?) - you can forget if you're not careful. The thing that really irritated us was that they raised the cost of the unit after 3 months by about 30%!! We went and pulled our stuff out because of that.

My experience at public storage was great! I booked a storage five minutes before closing and Rob demonstrated fantastic service as he stayed past business hours to take time to show me different units. I highly recommend this location as they put their clients first. Rob delivered luxury first class service to me.

I have friends and family who have rented at this Public Storage for years and I know the property well. I have seen the help that Rob provides people and this time I was on the receiving end. He makes renting so streamlined and easy for customers and is always willing to give extra help when possible. I feel safe at the property and I know my way around well. It's not always easy to find helpful sales people in northern Virginia due to the fact that there are so many people everywhere you go, but this Public Storage facility is a reminder that individual managers can and do make a difference in a storage rental decision. I'll probably rent here for quite awhile.

Amanda helped me find a storage unit that was right for me, making sure that I had everything I needed and making great suggestions! She helped me with my paperwork quickly and professionally, and even went with me to check if my entrance code would work. I appreciated that she did a little extra to help me, and would recommend this storage facility if you're okay with non-climate-controlled space! The pricing is a bit expensive, but the staff is good and very helpful!

I had a wonderful experience with this location. Rob was great and thorough. He ensured that I had the best size unit for what I needed to store. He knew I had to get a unit before my movers came and this was the last day to come in and sign the paperwork but he assured me that I could come in and we could finish everything. He stayed late to make sure I didn't have to stress about anything on the actual day of my move. I really appreciated it!

I had never stored anything before, and I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of use and helpfulness of employees.

Rob is the manager, and he knows the business backwards & forwards; but he also understands that everything doesn't have to be boring and by the numbers. The business part went very smoothly, and the friendly part was something I did not expect. Turns out that our home towns are not 20 miles apart; and even though I am older, we shared many fond memories. Rob is a person who is easy to respect, and even easier to like. I am glad that I chose Public Storage, and very happy that I happened to choose the one in Falls Church. I am comfortable about my knowledge of the property, and about the manager who runs it.

Excellent experience. Just fix the door into the temp controlled area, and I'd make it 5 stars. (It sticks and stays open.)

I have been shopping around for a new storage place and found this gem right around the corner. The staff were all so nice and accomodating. The prices were less that I thougth and they had availability right away. It was the perfect situation just when everything around me was not so perfect. Thank you everyone.

Fast service, personal attention, courteous and helpful, reasonable rates. What's not to like?
