The customer service by Jemar made all the difference. He was quickly able to accommodate my desires for a unit, and ensured that I was comfortable moving in. Without him, I probably would have used another facility.

I needed storage fast and found a quick, easy, and affordable storage solution at Public Storage! The manager, Kayonna, was fabulous and took care of things and I stored things that day! Priceless!

Antonio was super friendly and polite. Made me feel like I made the right choice for storage again. He originally helped me out last year and this year when I returned was just as happy with his customer service. Seems to enjoy his job and again treated me with great respect. Glad I returned.

Convenient, good prices

You do not have to live here, just stash your extra stuff. The price is the best in the area and close to lots of apartment buildings.

My five stars are for Antoyne. He is quick, polite, and knows his business. I was in and out with a new locker in about 20 minutes. The facility itself is adequate. Clean. Some wear and tear. More lighting would be better but would raise prices no doubt. Always carry a good flashlight to look through your stuff, even in daytime.

I came to the property to get info on a storage unit and antoyne was very helpful and direct public storage needs to hire more people like him. He knows his info by heart and customer service skills are perfect.

clean, professional staff but they should enhance hallway lighting b/c half the time we cannot see or sort our stuff as hallways too dark with only emergency lighting!

Reasonably easy reservation and move-in procedures. They told me they could accommodate the 53-foot semi bringing my things and that did turn out to be a very big hassle - hard to get the truck in and out, and we had to move the stuff a long way from where the truck could reach to where my unit was located. That being said, we did ultimately manage.

The Property manager, Antonye provides excellent customer service. He is sunshine on a cloudy day with his professionalism.

I needed a small unit for a few months on short notice. It was readily available. The staff was always very knowledgeable and helpful. I particularly appreciated Antoyne's help on several occasions. They helped me out when I needed it.

Shaq, the gentleman that helped me secure the unit, was extremely professional, respectful and helpful. He made the entire experience go smoothly and he was patient as I kept changing my mind! I would highly recommend this Public Storage location because of him.

It was a simple easy task to rent storage at Public Storage. 1, 2, 3....problem solved! The manager got us registered in just a few minutes, and told us everything we needed to know. It was easy peasy!
