Signing up was easy. I think the price was fair. I like the functioning of the app for accessing the property. The only things which could make the move-in slightly easier would be signs on the wall helping navigate the range of storage lockers numbers and how to get back to the elevator. I was able to learn this over time, but it was a bit confusing for a while.

Good storage unit, pricing made the difference.

Easy enough move in process. Staff was helpful but the only concern is the amount of nails and metal pieces in the loading zone.

Check in was easy and front staff was very nice.

The check-in process was very well-run. The attendant even followed up as I was accessing the unit to ensure that all was going well. The facility is clean and well-light.

I had to urgently move all my items to a storage unit. I weighed out my options and found this storage unit. The employee at the reception was very helpful since it was my first time using a storage unit. Though contactless direct transaction is also available through the App. The area was really clean and proper. Easy to transport the items through the building with plenty of trolleys available. Easy access through the codes provided in the app. Really easy and wonderful experience.

Gupta at the storage facility was very helpful getting me to my unit and reimbursing me for a lock I didn't need. No complaints.

I made a mistake in renting my storage unit. The person at the front desk was extremely helpful and quickly found another storage unit that met my needs. They offered me the same price. I am pleased with the unit.

Convenient Short & Long Term Rentals As guardian for a vulnerable adult who lives 1500 miles away I often have needed a trustworthy, secure, easily accessible mechanism to store items as I manage the adult's affairs. Public Storage's many convenient locations, flexible hours, reasonable prices, quality infrastructure including carts for moving materials and most especially friendly and helpful staff have made this component of a tough situation by far the easiest to manage. If only Public Storage could take over county social services, I'd be in heaven!

Good service

There's "corporate" friendly, which is in the handbook and mission statement basically everywhere, and then there's real friendly, like Amanda at Public storage. Amanda set me up right, quickly, with more charm and positive attitude than the last 30 businesses I've patronized. Seriously, on a Friday afternoon, Amanda kept it real, just genuinely, sincerely legit. That's the kind of thing that keeps customers coming back, me for sure. I'm being 100% serious when I say Amanda deserves a substantial raise. 100 points.

Friendly efficient service. Facility is clean and well lit. Sufficient carts available. The unpainted speed bumps in the parking lot are a minor annoyance.

Location is convenient and seemed new and clean. A little pricey and so-so customer service brought down the grade.

Me experience with Public Storage is that they always have a lot of small print and you can rarely use the coupons or discounts they advertise. They also have escalation clauses the make contract rates inconsistent.. Shop around your local area because rentals rates vary drastically for the same sized storage units.
