I have called this place five times informing them that I am moving out (you have to give them 10 days notice). You never talk to an human. The virtual assistant said that she will send the message forward to the office, and it never happens!! I still have not received a callback from over a week ago and I’ve called several times. I also sent an email because I received no response from them—no reply to email. I went to the storage facility and talked to someone through the virtual assistant. She said that she’s going to text me right now with a link to the move out form and guess what, I never received it. This is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE !! I have ever seen in a long time!!!! You just can’t get out of your lease, even with proper notice. You can NEVER TALK to a HUMAN. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. You will never be able to get out of your lease!!!!

One elevator is out of order and other elevator does not work for my floor ( thirth floor ) I have hick all my stuff to thirth floor .

Great service and location. Quick and easy to get a storage. Nice facility.
