I've been very satisfied with the facility and in dealing with the service and management. I've only made a couple of visits so far - will wait until warmer before I begin to sort and winnow what the mover deposited in my storage unit. I also appreciate your convenient location - and the ease of access to my unit. ew

Good location, helpful office staff, and easy to access locker.

I have been a customer of Pantops Storage for 5 years and never missed a payment. This past year (2020) has been extremely hard for all and myself. My monthly funds donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t usually hit my bank account until the 2nd or 3rd of the month. I asked previous management to please not withdraw from my account until the 2nd or 3rd of the month. I have continually been accosted by your billing, continually blowing my bank account up trying to get their money. I was able to work with past management to help this situation and appreciated this very much. I am sad to say, this constantly happens with the management now. All Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m asking is please donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t draw from my account until the 3rd of the month when my funds are sure to be there. I am a long standing customer and would very much appreciate your understanding.

Excellent experience with this facility and I'll never use any other. Robin and Christina were so sweet and helpful and wonderful to me. The facility itself is in a great safe and secluded location, and is very easy to get to because it's just off the highway but not in a trafficky town-center area. The storage space is clean and spacious and easy to access.I could not be happier with the price, the service, and the space.

The convenience, cleanliness, and security are the main reasons Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m very pleased with PSS. Also the friendly service and timely communications are greatly appreciated. I do think the monthly rental is high, especially for long-time users. I understand there are increasing budget costs each year, but I believe the monthly rental could be reasonably lower, especially with longer term customers. Again, overall, very pleased and satisfied.

Stop putting RV in front of mine witch blocks me in Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m paying $116 a month a should not have any problems leaving or returning

We have rented a unit here for the past seven years and have been totally pleased with the one exception that the back entrance does not always work. The staff is friendly and helpful, the place clean, the temperature well-regulated. There could be better lighting by the elevator. A first class facility.

Site manager is good. General policies and customer interaction and/or false contact are troublesome.
