Public Storage - Charlottesville - 1616 Seminole Trail

Great service. Great value. Clean simple storage.

I am currently in the process of moving out and this storage unit was a good price and I had the ability to move in quickly.

Personally Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d avoid this public storage in Charlottesville. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve had nothing but disappointing experiences then to add insult to me after 6 months the rent went up $45 without any notification. When I tried to get some help and find out where the notification was sent I received no help. Zero!! I was sold malfunctioning locks that they wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t replace less than 20 days into renting the unit. Pass word wonﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t work and the manager of the site was upset with me that i was asking for help with the moving van in the driveway she told me to come back tomorrow cus she was off the clock and it was 4PM with the office is open sign literally stil up. No District Manager ever called me as i was told would happen. Stay away, find somewhere else. Public storage is a ripe off and has rats.

The pricing is OK but the units are very dusty with no weather control. Insects and animals like mice can eadily get in.

Good place I would everyone come rent a unit.

From finding them in a suitable location in a online search, to moving in; the process/service was seamless. To me, they have done their homework. I am able to move in an out of the facility with ease. I would have preferred 24/7 access but that was not available. The gate access procedure is missing detail or maybe I missed it; there is on gate for entering and a different gate for exiting. I was using the entrance gate both ways until the manager informed me. I am satisfied with the facilty

Ok location but hard to make turns. You have to be safe driver to make it with a 20 foot U-Haul. I do not think you could get any bigger one in without big trouble. Lot needs to be be cleaned better of snow going out. Have less ice also if was.Everything else ok.

Very polite and friendly and helpful

I was initially very confused. It did not last, however. The lady in the office took me/us by the hand and clarifed the whole process. After that everything wenr smoothly!

Have always had great experiences with this storage space. The price is fair, the facilities are clean, and Jessica is always happy to resolve any issues thst may come up. Would reccommend this space to anyone in Charlottesville who needs extra storage.

The women that work here are great. Jessica is very knowledgeable and easy to work with, Janee is great. Great customer service skills with the both of them. Everything was explained to me and all my questions were answered. I recommend that more people rent from this public storage. 5 stars all the way around to a clean and organized. Thank you for helping me and my family have a safe clean place to store our belongings.

Jessica was very professional and knowledgeable. I am glad to see that customer service exists in the storage industry. I needed a unit quick fast and in a hurry and I am glad that when I arrived on the property that Jessica was pleasant and helped me with what I needed. If you need a unit this is the place to come. Suzanne provided excellent information and told me everything I needed to know before I made the decision to choose this Public storage for my household belongings I was moving coast to coast. The feeling of trust and support I felt with her was also matched by Jessica when I met her the day the moving truck arrived. The customer service I experienced with both of them was clearly 5 stars. And then, when I realized I lost an earring somewhere on the property during the move in time--I called Suzanne to ask if they had happened to find it. They didn't have it BUT Jessica went out to search for it and found it! Really--they both went the extra mile. Thank you!

The place is great the storage employees are very friendly

A bit difficult to get a 26 foot truck into, and OUT too! Nice staff.
