Responded to internet ad, signed up with contract and all details completed, arrived at office, signed the office paperwork, and was moving into my storage locker in 20 minutes. Large unit on the second floor has a fast elevator, good lighting, and the AAAA front office ladies were great to deal with.

I would highly recommend this location to others, as it is convenient and the customer service is second to none.

It was easy to book a unit online. Upon going to the site the staff was friendly and easy to work with. They showed me the and it was clean and easy access. All paperwork was explained and easy to follow. I would recommend. AAAA Storage to all who needs it.

I am fairly satisfied with the cleanliness of the facility. The customer service was on point as well. All of the terms and conditions were explained to me in great detail.

David, the manager, is extremely helpful and friendly. He made us feel at ease about the storage facility and helped us get parked in our spot. I recommend this storage facility for anyone, especially if you value good customer service.

For a newbie to renting self storage, I was impressed by how friendly and helpful AAAA was in getting started. The units were also thoroughly cleaned. (Cleaning is not contracted out, so AAAA's standards are allowed to shine.) I have already recommended the company to others.

David was very pleasant. The process was smooth. The young lady training was pleasant. The storage space was just the right size. The only thing i would suggest....the price you have to pay at the time you check in should be on the reservation.

I was planning to move but didn't have a set date. I made the reservation and the day I was supposed to move in the Manager, David, called to ask if I was still coming that day. I told him that I wanted to push back my reservation for a week. A week later he called to make I still needed the unit, and kindly he pushed the reservation back again for me. Fast forward to when I actually moved in, it was a very simple process. I worked with the Assistant Manager, she was great and thorough within 30 minutes she had shown me a few larger units (my orginial reservation was too small) and booked me for something larger. This was the easiest contract I've ever signed.

It is great storage units for small boxes and small items.But if you have a big house items, inside of building storage, hard to move in.Need to use elevator and card. But all my items are small and I had no problem to use buggy to move in.

The check in process was fairly quick and smooth. David went out his way prior to move in date to call and make sure I'd completed everything online correctly. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We originally reserved an outdoor unit and he offered us an indoor unit which was climate controlled for the same price. From start to finish I could tell that he was one who took pride in what he does. It made the experience much pleasant.

The online customer service and the facility staff were friendly, helpful, and the utmost professional. The facility has been clean and I feel safe accessing the facility after hours. So far I have had a great rental storage experience and I predict that it will continue in that direction for the duration.
