I would recomend this facility for storage.

We have given this facility a second look. Unfortunatly out experience was the same. We reserved a spot for our RV few months back. Arrived within the hours of operations to find nobody was working, not that day, not the day after. We could not get access to the site. We were already in the parking lot which did not have a way for us to make a U-turn out, considering we were towing a 40 foot fifth wheel. We called the customer service and despite the fact that we had a reservation, since the location did not have a representative working the office, we were not able to get access to the reserved spot or even open the gate to make a U-turn out of the facility. We had to backout into Battlefield blvd which was a total nightmare not to mention a security concern. We never had anyone call us to apologize, or to meet us to complete the necessary paperwork so we could 'retire' our camper for the season. Horrible. The very same thing happened the second time around when we wanted to rent a storage unit. Same situation. Reserved, Confirmation email recieved. We arrive, nobody is at the office. Nobody to call, no follow-up. So yes, the price is right, but customer service is terrible, no accountability and although you have a confirmed reservation, you may or may not actually take over the parking lot or storate unit. The website and the office doors states the office hours, although there is nobody actually physically present to recieve you or assist you. That's false advertising.

Got in on a Tues am and was greeted by a temporary helper who was as knowledgable as any i've ever met. Courteous and efficient, I was in my unit in under 30 minutes. Easy in/easy out for the actual unit. Will recommend.
