I was given inaccurate information about the unit. They couldn't be bothered to show me the unit.

If I could rate them lower I would. My items were stored from February 28th, 2023 - May 15th, 2023 in a climate controlled indoor unit, with visits in between that time. On the day I had movers to move my items out they discovered severe rodent damage with fecal matter everywhere, urine and many items destroyed. I contacted management immediately and spoke with Donna who while she was very nice but basically told me I am out of luck by not also purchasing their insurance. That is ridiculous that they are not ensuring that peoples items are actually protected. I was told two weeks ago that I would be contacted by Wayne Lober and have received no follow up despite me calling multiple times and even asking for his direct number. I do not recommend storing items here. As a military family we have stored our items for over a year with no issues, this is an issue with Life Storage. You would be better served to just buy a shipping container. I will consider amending my review should I actually get response and compensation for this.

So far so good. The manager is very friendly and really tried to make the transition as easy as possible. The facility is clean free of debris.
