I needed a large enough storage to fit my new king size bed for a about 2 weeks. I encountered Ms. Tammy @ this location after visiting another facility. She was very knowledgeable, polite, clean, and made sure that I went through the online process to get the best price. She had a customer come in to pay a bill. After dealing with that renter with excellent service, she cleaned the entire work station to ensure safety for everyone. I would and will highly recommend and one in need of a storage unit in the Norfolk or Chesapeake VA area. If I need another unit after this I will check with Ms Tammy first.

Tammy was informative and helpful. Signing up was easy. The unit was clean and Tammy gave excellent tips on how to proceed with storing items for the best results. Great experience.

The manager was unpleasant and rud.But,the lot attenit was friendly and very helpful. The worse part was having to pay for insurance when I didn't even want it. Plus having to pay for the over priced lock.

They should have let me know all the up front costs ahead of time. Also, I shoud of been told that the bin inside a hallway. they gave me no discount.

Location is very good, premises is well kept. Doors to storages could have been wider.

I came in to get a unit on the 11th, had to pay for a lock, admin fee, and got a discounted unit ( not really!!!) And my monthly payment was due on the 30th! No pro rating. I was not told that.

Tammy was super friendly and my process was very easy.

THERE IS NO OTHER PLACE TO STORE YOUR KEEP SAKES AND HOUSEHOLD ITEMS.

What an awesome storage experience. Mrs Tammy was more than helpful and absolutely professional. She knew the insurance and outs and everything we needed was taken care of. The prices here were fair enough and they actually have a direct withdraw feature that comes straight out of your checking account which is perfect so no worries about payments.. all in all a really great time here!

I am extremely pleased this this unit and company. Tammy is wonderful. she knows me by name and is always very friendly and helpful. she treats you like a friend. The facility is always neat and organized as well. Thank you for taking care of my items and treating me so well.

A good price for storage, easy access and above all friendly, above and beyond excellent customer service. Tammy is an awesome property manager and has 15 years of experience. She helped me think of a ton of little things that made storing my possessions easier and safer! My only regret is that if I ever move from Virginia that I won't have this very same storage facility to keep my possessions safe.

The property manager (Tammy) is amazingly helpful and cared very much for our welfare. She re-evaluated the space we were originally quoted to make sure we have enough space to put our household goods and be able to get to our things. Thank you!
