I was satisfied with the rental rates but I feel that the clerk should tell people upfront about the insurance because I didnt need the insurance for what is in my unit but he claims I had to get it and i was really upset.about that situation highly upset

Overall the company is average

The manager Brianna was great. She was courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful selecting the right size unit. The electric fence is broken which means it is wide open 24-7. Not sure what the issue is but needs attention.

We were well taken care of by Bri and Rachel. We feel like we will be content with our belongings there

The space is very adequate for my needs. I was disappointed in it not being climate controlled and it was beat up with holes on the walls and the ceiling has some issues as well. Otherwise, it is OK. The staff were just super. They really do a good job.

This is a wonderful place of business very professional and accommodating staff. One of my favorites is Ms. Crystal she always made sure I was up to date on my storage or any other news regarding my storage for the time I had my unit. Thank you so much for everything!!!

Mrs crystal was a AWESOME sales manager. She was prompt, willing, and extremely nice. I came there with an attitude due to situations I had before getting there, her and Mrs Linda still kept a smile as well as their cool, was patient and accepted my apology for my rudeness. VERY PROFESSIONAL

Management and employees are wonderful, however there is a spider problem. This can be easily fixed using mothballs. They make sure your belongings are safe. I see them going around everyday and checking the units.

Public Storage is very conveniently located close to my house. They are available on line so I could pick out the size unit I needed and have it reserved until I get in. Hours are convenient and staff is very friendly and competent.
