Property is clean and Jessica was good. 10x10 was a perfect size

my assigned unit is difficult for me to get my car in due to the narrow ally way. The turn room was very limited. The size of the unit is fine, it is just difficult to make the entry.

Great place to store stuff, staff is very friendly and helpful.

The indoor climate controlled units are dirty and have an odd terrible odor. The office was super clean and neat which was deceiving as a first impression.

As I went in the office to sign up for a unit, I noticed 3 or 4 people ahead of me. Some signing up and some just making a cart or box purchase. Since the sign up process is somewhat time consuming, I thought I was in for quite a wait. Between the person doing the processing and myself, we let those with small purchases go ahead. The others, including myself were handled efficiently and curteously. This included a transport and showing of the unit. The unit was clean and I am quite satisfied with everything at this time.

Nyasha was the best... she was helpful in not only the business aspect but as property manager as well

I had a gentleman by the name of Kurt to guide me with the paperwork. His explanations were very clear. He went through everything step by step and I was satisfied with everything.

Storage unit is exactly what was posted but it's kind of a pain to get to. Not the end of the world tho

The online pre registration is nice, it helps speed up the process. Also, the staff onsite were very pleasant and professional.

Representatives were very helpful and professional would recommend them.

During our move, we ran out of storage area and Public Storage was perfect for all that last minute stuff needed to keep available until the house was cleared and cleaned out.
