Public Storage - Chesapeake - 940 Professional Place

Rodney found an easy-access 10x20 space for us to park our boat trailer rig at the Executive Blvd Public Storage space, which is much closer to our home, at a cost ~$20 less than we were paying at another storage facility 20 min farther away that required much more difficult backing-in maneuvers, which is important to me as a septuagenarian novice boat owner who has never driven a boat-trailer rig before.

Kayla was very good @ her job. What I didn't like was her telling she had to charge me for insurance $11.00 I told her I had renter Insurance, She gave me a paper to read and once I read it she said I could cancel and my would have credit back. But that's not true its stil charge you for the first I don't get a refund. I paid my storage up for two months IM only getting a credit for one month.

The staff here is excellent and the facility is clean, well lite and convenient.

The manager Rachel at the greenbrier location in Chesapeake, VA was very helpful and friendly. She was very detailed and professional! She took her time and made sure i understood everything, and even made sure i was getting my money worth.

My son Robert is the one who had to go to the storage facility, as I am still in North Carolina until next month. As far as I know everything went smoothly. Very understanding and very accommodating in providing me with all the information necessary to rent the correct size unit. Though I have not been at this location for even a month, so far SO GOOD! We have had several units as we moved about Virginia. Always the best service from Public Storage. We closed out our last unit about 6 months ago, but should we need another one we will go directly to Public Storage, no question about it.
