Steve is such a really kind person! He has always been very helpful and goes out of his way to assure the Chester, VA facility is kept clean and tidy. He's very professional and courteous and overall a great person. The security is in place and I have never felt unsafe there alone in my unit. This was my first time renting a storage unit and really had no idea what to do - I called Enon self Storage and was lucky enough to get Tammy. I stopped by and she showed me 2 units that were available & already had my reservation on file. Once i completed the application online, i stopped by my unit, picked up the lock and was thrilled at the ease. I would highly recommend not just for professional reasons but she was also very nice and helpful. I believe i spoke with Ben too (sorry if i have your name wrong) but he was great as well.
