Great service fast and easy and good customer service

My biggest objection, the facility did not have any carts. Having a hand cart would have made the move in a lot easier

Storage facility was clean and staff is the friendliest ever. Would not use any facility but them.

needed to find a climate controlled facility, used selfstorage.com and was linked up to a facility within one hour from our new home since there isn't anything like this in Ahoskie, NC. The grounds are neat and maintained. So far I am pleased with the accommodations.

The facility is spotless, great service, convenient access, and confidence my property is safe and secure!

Unfortunately the unit I wanted was already given to someone else. They offered me a unit,(not Climate controlled) and I took that instead. I gave it prorated and one month free so I accept it.

The personnel at the office were very friendly and helpful

This is a clean, and efficiently run business. Easy access and safe. Employees will help with payments or any other issues.

We hate having to use storage, but you all have made it more pleasant with your friendly service. We hope to be able to cut back on the number of units we have----just because we really, really need to do that. It's ridiculous.

I have to say that when l got diagnosed with cancer and had to stop work I called them and asked for their help with an extension. They did. If it wasn't for them that would have added more stress to my life. I would like to say thank you all very much. I appreciate you all in my time of need.

Make sure you call the facility after using sparefoot, as they rented my space to someone else. Mistake was rectified immediately, but had to move in a day later. Staff was nice, unit was clean, and price is comparable to other places in the area. Convenient to the highway, but driving is a bit tight as it is a small place.

The facility was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and the price was reasonable.

The facility is clean, well lit, friendly atmosphere and you have 24 hour gate access!!!
