Indoor facility is clean and well-lit. Carts were available, and the elevators were in a good location. Customer service is fantastic. I reserved this online, and Daniel called the next day to see if I had any questions.

I need storage in I needed it quickly. This facility was close to home An online look to have a reasonable price. It was a good choice as the staff were very professional and efficient. The facility is exceptionally clean and using their hand carts and the elevator it is very easy to access my storage cubicle.

Very nice office worker named Jasmine helped set everything up very easily. I wasn't expecting to pay close to $300 for one month, but for the ease of moving, it was worth it.

The staff was really helpful helping us find the unit that worked best for our needs, and when we needed to make a change they made it easy.

Steve was very helpful and friendly. Followed up twice before move in which was nice. Facility is very secure and easy to move in. One recommendation would be to allow bay reservation at least for certain times of the day. Wish it was a little cheaper, but compared to other facilities the price is right....

The service staff at the facility was very friendly and helpful. However, when I made my reservation, I was not offered access to the use of the free moving truck. So I ended up having to pay for a rental. At a time when money is very short, use of a free moving truck would have made a big difference to me.

The staff worked with me on pricing since I had booked a storage unit to small. The tools and equipment available were very helpful with moving my furniture into my storage.

For me -- it's a great location and price. Staff seemed extremely conscientious and the whole place is immaculate.
