I spoke to SAMINA at this Public Storage location initially to purchase a month of storage. Her compassion to help others was overwhelmingly evident through the interaction that we had. She was able to answer all questions I've had, in addition to providing useful advice on how to take the most advantage of the services offered by public storage. She even offered to lubricate the storage garage door upon opening it as it was slightly rough. SAMINA was who I spoke to when I wanted to vacate the space. She was again, so helpful in the process and made the experience pleasant. If you're reading this SAMINA, thank you so much for making my experience with Public Storage absolutely perfect. You have earned your company a returning company for life!!! I, including my friends and family, will be back to purchase more of your company's services for many future years. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!

I like Public Storage except for their access hours and the fact they don't keep a copy of my key in case mine is lost. I want to be able to access my stuff anytime, but the convenience of the location was too good to pass up just because I have to wait sometimes to get to my stores things!

Huma is very knowledgeable and friendly. The actual unit has no electricity (working lights) and has an exterior wall that abutts a hillside this making it very damp. The unit smells musty and there are white spots on the wall(seems to be evidence of mold). I do not feel that I can store any clothes, books or anything that might mold in this unit.

Found the place last minute

The process of renting a unit could not have been smoother. The main representative (Naz) who helped me was very clear and complete in explanations of what expenses are involved, what the hours are, etc. She talked about how easy it is to terminate the rental when the time comes. Both of the office staff were very helpful and friendly.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful, showed us around, and showed us different storage units.
