Excellent places-Waples & Lee Hwy. With Christian & Steve. Their customer service is out of the ordinary. They go out of their way to help you. They sure know their job. It's hard to find good property managers but those 2 places sure have them The property's ar clean, well lit.

I am fairly satisfied, with the situation, the only improvement would be more hours in which I could access my stuff, 24 hour access would be great, I could avoid all the horrendous traffic by moving stuff at night.

The only problem is that I was forced to buy insurance when I really don't need it because I have homeowners insurance through USAA. Can you please reverse that charge and all future charges for insurance?

Place is decent. Office is closed at random times so call before going to ensure someone is there to help you if needed

Our daughter and son-in-law used this facility and really like it. We decided to go with their recommendation. The storage unit was very clean and well maintained. Also, Christian couldn't have been nicer. We felt very comfortable with our decision.

The employees at Public Storage were straightforward with us. We were told about discounts without having to ask. The woman that helped us could have been more professional (in appearance and dialogue) with customers, but she was friendly and helpful.
