Public Storage - Fairfax - 2818 Merrilee Drive

The young staff member, was EXTREMELY HELPUL! And went out of his way to get us the correct lock make sure everything iwas satisfactory! I wish I could remember his name to give him the proper accolades!

I was looking into getting a space and James was really helpful, professional and knowledgeable in explaining and assisting me with the various unit and sizes to accommodate my need.

The CSR was very polite, respectful, clear, helpful, and spent some time reviewing various aspects of the enrollment and payment process that was more complicated than expected. The building and grounds were clean.

Good location good price. I work till 6 PM so the 9 PM cut off for gate ours is a little tight. Even access up until 10 PM would be a huge plus.

The only negative Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve found is the astronomical rent for large vehicles (RVﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s) compared to your competitors.

Fast and easy

Excellent service, the staff is very professional and helpful. The process was simple and fast. I was done with paper work in less than 3 minutes, the units are clean and the location very convenient.

My first experience renting self-storage with Public Storage went very smooth. I reserved on-line and received an email and text to confirm date and time for check-in the unit. The gentleman who checked us in was very thorough and answered all our questions. We were very pleased with his selection of a unit for us close to the entrance that made it very easy to move out furniture and storage boxes into. I would highly recommend public storage at 2818 Merrilee Drive, Fairfax, VA for the customer service experience and the ease of moving to units without elevators or stairs.

The manager, Sean, was very helpful in assisting us in the selection of the best storage unit and guiding us through the necessary paperwork. The facility was clean and well maintained, My only complaint was that the light in our unit was burned out. (Presumably it will be replaced)
