My high opinion of the facility is based on the high quality customer service from the two associates that I interacted with. They were both very knowledgeable, courteous, and patient. I rented an outdoor parking space. The lot is well maintained and all of the customers appear to take the time to back into their respective places straight, which I appreciate. My only complaint was that in an online search, the price came up as $102/month, which was actually only a promotional cost. The actual monthly cost is $120. I'm sure that was buried somewhere in fine print or perhaps it was obvious and I just missed it. The second month was free as a part of the promotion so I did not make a fuss. Overall, it was a positive experience.

My daughter needed storage for the next two months as she was transferring from one college to another and the two colleges were 4 hours apart. The online ordering and overall customer service was outstanding and made the whole process easy. We are very happy with our overall experience.

As expected, I was charged a $22 fee for initiation or something along those lines. However, I had not seen anything listed prior to move in about the required extra monthly renter's insurance fee. It bumped my monthly cost up around $10. Furthermore, the security pads for door access were being upgraded the day I moved in. This meant a delay in accessing the building when trying to move in, but hopefully a better functioning system in the long run. Overall, it was mostly what I expected.

Only complaint is the automatic doors that you use to get in and out keep closing when you are making trip after trip and require someone inside to open or the code, it gets annoying.

New looking inside, climate controlled, well designed access points in the back with PLENTY of carts. Overall, if you need storage in the Fredericksburg area, I'm sure this is one of the best options available. I would recommend it to a friend. The person who checked me in was efficient, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I and my movers were accommodated.

I too think this is a great storage area. It has a good location, easy to access and a great value for your money. However - MORE hand carts are needed at the doors!
