I recently moved from Extra Space to Cubesmart because of location and price. Extra Space wanted to charge me $155 per month for a 5x15 unit and I got a 5x10 from Cubesmart for $37.50 per month. What a difference!!!

Nice storage facility! Gated for security, and I got a courtesy call welcoming me. The unit itself had a lot of webs in the corners but otherwise itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s great.

It was very easy to reserve my storage unit online (I actually reserved 2 because I wasn't sure what size I would want). They called me and confirmed my reservation and made sure all my questions were answered. The evening I arrived to do the final paperwork (this was offered to be completed online as well as making the payment but I didn't want them to charge me for insurance because I have Homeowners and they needed the paperwork to remove that off the online statement) and get stuff moved in the young lady was very helpful. It was a little confusing as to where the keypad is to enter and when I was ready to leave I couldn't find the keypad (good thing the young lady was still there or I would have been stuck till one of the other people in the area was leaving). The unit was very clean and easy to drive up to.

I had to change my size unit and move in date. And the complete over the phone at nearly 6PM. This was my second excellent experience with Smart Cube in Virginia. In my many years of renting storage from Baltimore to Norfolk, Smart Cube is the best and this particular site has been THE best of all.

This cube smart has clean, wide aisles, good security fencing, plenty of storage options. What more needed be said. the truck fit in perfectly (15ft) and unit size estimate ended up being dead on, so all my stuff fit cozily.

Purposely drove down in pouring rain and freezing weather to pay for our parking spot for our camper. When we brought the camper down the next day - after office hours - the code didn't work. Not happy about that at all!! Luckily someone was available at headquarters to give us a temporary code.

The management here is polite and the move in process was smooth and easy. I was supposed to move into another facility called mini storage near by. However they have no office onsite and on my schedule move in date there was no-one there. After driving almost two hours I was upset to say the least. But sparefoot took care of that right away. And cube smart was able to take care of me same day easy and painless. Both sparefoot and cube smart are awesome. Thanks

Reservation was easily done online. When we arrived the storage attendant was about to leave for about 45 minutes she got out of her van came in assisted us. Her assistant went down opened up our storage facility and made the move rather easy

One of the 10 x 10 units has a small door. It would be more convenient if it was larger. I really like the 10 x 20 and would have gotten a 10 x 30 if it was available.

We moved items from northern Virginia, where the price was much higher, the units were falling apart and dirty, and it was virtually impossible to maneuver our truck around the lot. The CubeSmart we moved to had GREAT customer service, is clean, open.
