Rates are pro-rated at move in, not move out, billing cycles are 1st thru 30th. Facility requires a 3 month stay.

Other than the unit I was assigned being hidden and almost unfindable, the service was quick and painless. It required nothing more than a phone call and a one-time credit card number to have my unit assigned. I was also able to move in same day; very tentative.
