The process was quick and easy. Customer service was very fast. I received a call as soon as I reserved online. I really liked the fact that you can reserve online and complete paperwork.

The unit is in a great location and very clean.

The property is spotless. Especially the climate controlled building. Friendly and helpful at check in. Very pleased with our decision.

I had a great move in experience. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m terrible with names but I believe it was Stephanie who walked me through my lease and made me feel very welcomed. I really appreciated the ease and accommodations with flat beds available for me to empty my uhaul and move into my space all by myself. So far so good and very happy with my experience!

The process was fast, no issues with the storage unit. Staff was beyond wonderful.

I reserved the day before a holiday and planned to move in after the holiday. Great in theory for an online process but nope, there was a lock on the unit I was assigned, I couldn't get into the gate as my code wouldn't work so I waited until someone left to get in. Called the next day and got Sean who was helpful.

Stephany was awesome! Greeting me as soon as I walked into the office, explained everything regarding the rental agreementﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦthe doﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s and dontﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢sﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦescorted me to the unit, etc. Would highly recommend this storage company. On a positive note to the indoor storage, you can drive you vehicle into the building to unloadﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦI was not expecting that.
