Great location. Tiffany and All the staff are amazing. Rates are excellent. Easy access. The move was easy.

You have to make a reservation to meet staff to begin a contract at this location; staff let me know that they are NOT in the office to meet customers unless there is a reservation. That aside, the place seems secure, is clean, has good rates (to start), and is even tech-y enough to have its gate opening code connect to an app (if that's a good thing, I'm still deciding). Well located off the highway.

Customer service at this facility is outstanding. They go above and beyond to help their customers. Darcy was leaving for the day when my gate access was not working. She did not hesitate to immediately go back into the office and resolve the issue.

I have never rented a storage unit before. However, I was impressed by the reviews for this one, as well as that it was near my home. I was not disappointed. It is everything I needed plus a huge dose of friendly customer service. If you need a storage facility for any reason, I highly recommend Public Storage, 4720 Business Drive in Fredericksburg.

This was the most affordable storage unit we could find in the area. Everywhere else for the same storage space was $150 more expensive (and some even double the price).

I have a 10x15 unit and have to pay $198+ins the initial set up was $248 to start up with fees and lock charges. I feel like this is price gouging because the units are in demand right now. After this month hopefully I wonﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t need it. Mind you this isnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t a air controlled unit either. The customer service was great! The unit still has something sticky on the floor of it.

This facility has great customer service and its always clean and easy to get to.

The staff at Public Storage is helpful, friendly, and courteous. On the other hand, the company Public Storage engages in a practice that can only be called false advertising. A half hour before I visited Public Storage, I checked your website for the rates. For the 5 X 10 climate controlled unit, the rate was $62/month. A short time later, when I arrived at Public Storage, I was told the rate was $83/month. In my line of work, that is called FALSE ADVERTISING. Isn't it illegal to practice that?

I've already done this once. I went online to make my reservation, was given one price of 41 for the unit. When I went to the office to finalize everything, I ended up paying 89.00 with all the hidden fees, key cost 19.99, insurance, administration fees etc. These were NOT made clear on the website. I really hate, bait and switch tactics.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The only down fall I have is the fact that there was no cart or hand truck inside the climate control unit to carry boxes and totes in.

Lexus was awesome. She explained to me everything u needed to know. And even got me in and out being that i had an appointment at 2pm and arrived a little before 12pm. I would recommend her and this company to everyone.

Trudy was fantastic - very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We were torn between two sizes of storage units and as she showed us each she helped us picture how our items would fit which allowed us to make the right choice.

Charged $100 more a month than a local climate controlled company for the same size (20' x 10') unit. Consider lowering prices.

As long as I'm in the area and in need of a storage unit I will always continue to use this Public Storage location! I always enjoy my visits with manager Shauntell any time I have to go in for something. She's incredibly warm and bubbly which makes going in totally delightful. If there's a higher position available, she deserves it!

Outstanding service.

My first impression of the Public Storage Facility at Fredericksburg, Va., was absolutely grand. This facility is kept up and well maintained. The landlord/lot manager, is very attentive to each and every detail, starting with the reservation process. Within, 5 minutes of booking a storage unit, online, I was contacted, by Evers, the landlord/lot manager, for confirmation of my reservation. After, arriving, at Public Storage, I was given a brief orientation of the facilty. Twenty minutes later, after securing my property, Inside the secured storage area, I completed my contract, and was on my way. Therefore, I highly recommend Public Storage.

My only reservation with using this storage facility long-term concerns property upkeep. Exit gate appears to be damaged and stays open 24/7. Entry gate open during the day. The issuance of a "gate code" seems to be a waste of time... anyone can get in if they want.

I was in and out with no issues. Everything ran smoothly.

I believe my title of this review states it all. The employee and manager I encountered were very knowledgeable regarding helping me attain the right size of storage for my needs. They also provided excellent service through the use of great manners, respectful tones, and genuinely friendly smiles.

I am happy with everything I saw in this Public Storage. The employees were friendly and helpful. They are very knowledgeable about what they do and the customers' needs. Their prices are affordable. The whole place is clean and looks safe to store my goods. I love the climate-controlled units and the safety locks. I would recommend this place for the storage of your belongings.

I decided upon Public Storage after looking at all the competitors and I could not find a better deal. Others offered similar sizes but I ended up with more space and climate control for less than others' smaller units with no climate control. My only drawback is there is no A/C outlets, but I consider that a minor setback. Well worth the money to rent here.
