Overall it works. However, there are no people working at this facility. Just a kiosk where you can talk to someone remotely. I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t need their lock that required a $22 charge but that wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t an option when renting the unit. I had to return the lock to a different facility.

The whole process of reserving a storage unit is super quick and easy. I was able to secure a space and move my stuff within minutes of applying on the website!

The manager at the Gainesville Virginia store was every helpful, knowledgeable and polite.

Hishito is very professional and helpful. During the initial appointment, I got to see what I was trying to rent and determined it wouldn't fit my needs. I upgraded to a 10x10 unit and am quite happy with the unit. I explained I was parking a motorcycle and folding motorcycle trailer in the unit and Hishito was very understanding. Overall, the pricing and the arrangement (for about 6 to 8 months) seems very reasonable.

This storage location is highly recommendable for having a staff like Shawn who is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about their storage sizes, rates and any discounts that are available. He helps his customers by giving them some ideas that will help them decide which is more convenient and what can be more cost savings to the customer.

As a consumer I was surprise about the price of the storage. Is a dollar the first month not truth. Martha
