Very quick and easy process. Also convenient to my home.

Renting a unit and moving in was very easy and convenient.

Susan, the property manager was so very kind. I initially started my reservation process online however chose to complete it in the office. Susan is very informative and suggestive in the services I had not thought of I'd might need. She was efficient and helped me to understand the entire process. I was very impressed.

We just love Ms Susan She has been so accommodating during this time and every-time, I've rented storage for the summer.

Susan ( the property manager at the Pembroke Ave in Hampton) made the process easy. She reached out to us to answer any questions we had while we we're online. Susan was knowledgeable, courteous and very thorough. I'd recommend Public Storage to anyone who has storage needs.

My experience was terrific! Melinda is an excellent manager at the Hampton, VA location. Her experience and customer service was outstanding! Five stars. Unit was clean and exactly what I needed.

The staff in the office were very friendly. I loved the rate I found online. Only thing to improve is to tell a new customer about the lock fee before they come to get a unit. I was aware of the administrative fee and I love that we can drive up to the unit.

While the personnel at the desk was great and unit was in good order, security at the site was disappointing at least, very minimal due to access gate damage, and other access gate being wide open to public, fix security and then can be 5 star.

I was forced to buy a public storage lock.

Walked in Erika was beyond amazing she listened to my issues and my day ended being a great one!!!

My wife and I experience at public storage was great. Susan was one of the nicest people she was very respectful, and caring. A very hard working woman. This is a very busy location and despite the fact that one person was being trained the manager kept things running smoothly. They were friendly and gave us thorough information on the options available to us and took the time to make sure we were happy with the unit we requested .

The Customer Service Representative that was on that Saturday I moved my belongings was professional, courteous, had a joyful high spirited attitude. She went out the way because I was running behind on schedule on where I needed to be and she expedited my paper and serviced me at the same time. When I say her customer service skills were excellent I truly meant it!

Great customer service and the facilities are well cared for and easily accessible for my possession s. Very much so I would recommend Public Storage to others.

Who ever I talked to wasn't very kind or helpful, i was quoted one price and when my dad got down to the site there about a $60 difference, and nothing was offered to compensate.

So far I have been with Public Storage for about two months, and they have been right on it. They call you and remind you about your bill. Most places wouldn't do that and have you pay that late fee. Thank you Public Storage. You all have been great.

I liked being able to reserve a space online, and I was impressed with how quickly the local manager contacted me to set up an appointment to get me started. When I came to the office, she answered my questions and was responsive to my needs, explaining the spaces and the policies in great detail. I was also impressed by the prices you offered - I used another company before and paid nearly twice as much for the same amount of space. I would definitely recommend Public Storage to someone with storage needs.

It's a good place to store whatever you have, the people employed there are all very nice and helpful, I just wish it was open later in the evening because I sometimes don't have time to get there during the day.
