This place is great! The complete process worked out perfectly. I am very satisfied with the service and all staff members that I met were very friendly and helpful. First I wanted to rent a 10x15 unit and when Stephanie showed me it we figured that a 10x10 would probably be sufficient. And it was! Thank you so very much for all your assistance. I would definitely rent here again and in fact I already recommended the storage to some of my friends. Two thumbs up!!!

We are off on a global adventure. We sold about 70% of our stuff and the other 30% needed a storage unit that was secure, clean, and never made us think twice about it being there when we return. We came across E-Commerce and we liked the way it was multi-leveled with offices on the first floor. The facility is really easy to get to and they even let us borrow a truck. Everything we own is in a 10 x 10 and we never really think about it. We don't worry or wonder if it will be there when we return.

Meredith was extremely professional and friendly. The paperwork was easy to get done. The storage unit area is clean and the temperature is great (all units temperature-controlled, which I really, really like!) The overall layout of the building is impressively convenient (they even have a 'LOADING DOCK' area to conveniently park and load your stuff onto the pull cart) and the elevator is great. (I could actually get on the elevator with my stuff, instead of putting my stuff on the elevator and having to take stairs to the unit level to meet the elevator.) Everything is in one building, which is awesome. (I didn't have to go to one building to rent a unit and then drive or walk to the unit itself. I also like the security of the building. You have to have a fob key and their camera placements are comforting. I could mention more but I'll close with mentioning that the locks for the units are included. I had to pay about $10 extra for a lock pad, when I used another storage business, before. OH....THE PRICES/DEALS ARE GREAT!!!! THEY HAVE ALL THAT I MENTIONED ABOVE AND THEN GREAT PRICES AND OFFERS TOO! Г°ЕёЛњВЃ

I honestly was stressed out juggling several commitments and needed storage for my family member. This staff was so good to me and was so patient while I handled the arrangements remotely. Thanks to their willingness to help and technology I was able to get everything handled with a phone and a laptop!

Amazing facility, gave move-in supplies, provided a lock (unlike other companies), and the service was great at explaining rules and regulations. The only issue was that move in fees were expensive and I feel as if the move in van should also be free for moving out.

The walk sucks. But everything else is nice. Suggest a couple different entrances so someone doesn't have to walk SO far with heavy things and also larger carts. But it is a nice, clean, and safe area.

I've had a business at the eCommerce facility since it opened in November 2017 and couldn't be happier. The staff is phenomenal, the facility is very well maintained with a great lobby area for visitors or entertaining clients, the parking is more than adequate and the location is less than 5 minutes from the Peninsula Town Center and Newmarket areas. I also have a storage space for my inventory which makes it very convenient for my business.
